Maverick replaced 4 windows in my house. When the windows were ready they came out and installed them. It took them no time at all. I felt they charged a fair price I would use them again

I love the windows. They have helped with the noise quite a bit. I have some neighbors with kids that love to scream and now I hardly hear them. I would recommend against the sliding glass doors though. When the weather gets cold, one of mine can only be closed a certain way and it irritates me every time I close it. I called them out twice to look at it and they ended up telling me how to fix it when it happened again.

I had my windows installed in Oct 2020. It was completed in 3 days for 33 windows. I am very happy with the service after installation. 1) It finally had rains, they came to fix that 2) i had a hole in one of the screens, they came to replace it, and 3) when i pup was got a bit excited.. months later.. and pushed thru a screen..they came to replace… At no charge.. The windows brighten up the front of the home and inside when keeping the shades up without the sun heating the room in the summer. And love that the windows open very easily now.. i can enjoy my open windows when the weather is cool. Happy with my overall experience. … – show

Loving my beautiful new windows! Installed April 2022.

NOISE REDUCTION
I can’t believe how insulated we are from the outside noise- including cars, kids, barking dogs, sports events from nearby and even thunderstorms aren’t as loud. The difference is astounding.

TEMPERATURE AND UV STABILITY
With the insulated triple panes, winters are so much warmer inside — no longer can I see my drapes blowing from the draft. Summers are so much cooler. The glass itself is cool to the touch even in 100 degre e temperatures. When working from home, my eyeglass lenses used to turn dark when I was in a video meeting. I’m able to keep the temperature stable without having to touch the thermostat-unless the weather makes an extreme change.

COSMETICS
I love how modern they look. And so do our neighbors. I’m constantly getting compliments on how nice they look. Replacing those old builders windows with the grids has made a huge positive impact on the appearance of my home.

EASE OF USE AND SECURITY
With the double hung windows, cleaning them is a dream. I especially love the security feature of being able to control how much they open. I also don’t miss the screech of metal when opening and closing those old builders windows. These are lined and very quiet to open and close.

We met with a Maverick rep from him walking the neighborhood, very nice man. Not pushy or invasive. Setup a meeting with the sales rep within the next couple weeks. When he came, he was very polite, informative and not pushy at all! He brought different options to look at and a mini window to explain the different features.
We went with the presidential series and were able to pick the color of the window frames and whether we wanted grilles — we went with no grilles.
We were told 16 week timel ine and they were available early to be installed. Installation took 2 days with 2 people working, they started upstairs first and finished the entire floor plus 2 downstairs window in 1 day. The remaining windows & backdoor were finished the 2nd day.
Professional behavior from everyone we met/talked with throughout the entire process.
We had only a few tiny, very picky issues that were addressed/fixed immediately.
Total windows 15 and 1 french door set for our patio.

Over time our french doors have shifted slightly and there can be light/air felt where the doors meet — not surprising with french doors, we expected to have some shifting over time. Still 100% satisfied with the work and service provided. … – show

Update 12/18/22: Window replacements have been completed and we are very happy with the new windows and sliding door. We are looking forward to lower electric bills. We live just north of the San Antonio Airport and on cloudy days we could hear the planes passing over our neighborhood and at times it is very noisy. I now enjoy watching the planes from my kitchen windows and no sound. The installation was on October 28th (12 weeks) and the installers were prompt and courteous and took the ti me to demonstrate how to operate the new windows and sliding door (the old one was foggy, and the door would stick). They replaced the rotting wood frames with matching wood that complimented the exterior paint. There was one 2-slider window that was ordered too small, and promptly reordered. The installer did an excellent job to fill the small window gaps. The new window was installed on December 12th by a different crew that was also very courteous. I would highly recommend Maverick Windows.

After 5 estimates, we decided to go with Maverick Windows. David is an excellent salesperson to work with in detailing the window options to replace 12 windows in a home built in 1983, the financing options, and the next steps for installation. We are looking forward to having our new windows installed in 12—14 weeks which is a lot sooner than the other estimates, and to save energy on our heating and cooling bills in San Antonio. … – show

We had been talking about replacing our 40 year old house's windows for a while, when the Maverick salesman happened to come to our door. They had a lot of options to choose from and made the process very simple and straightforward. We were leery about going through one of the big companies out there that uses third-party contractors after dealing with issues in the past, but Maverick uses their own crew and they knocked the job out in two days, making sure we were 100% satisfied before closing out the project. The crew was professional and polite, completing their work efficiently and with care. We love our new windows and have received compliments from friends that it looks like a whole new house! Maverick definitely knows what they are doing and their customer service is top notch. I definitely recommend you check them out if you are in the market for new windows. … – show

We ordered some windows for the front of our house and replaced our front and rear entry doors. Due to supply constraints it took a little longer for the doors to come in but the team got them installed in less than a day. Since we didn’t do all the windows only got a small drop in energy bill but have gotten several compliments on out new front door

Fast and easy installation. The sliding glass door and picture window we got in particular made our dining room feel brand new, and the house as a whole seems much newer.

I purchased my first home January of this year and the doors were in pretty bad shape, there were gaps in the doors and they were peeling and they just looked completely awful looking and they needed to be replaced. I also needed gutters put on the home to help keep the brick from getting more water damage to them from not having any on the home. Maverick Windows came to MY RESCUE and I couldn't be more happier with the work they did. Outstanding job from start to finish. Windows are next on my list and you better believe I will be choosing Maverick to replace them. Everyone is nothing but AMAZING. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best with this company. Chad, whom I believe might be the owner of the company was disrespectful and rude with me, by phone, threatening me by saying he will file a claim with me in court and will come to my house and remove all the windows, just because I told him that I would pay them when the installation is completely done. They installed the windows, but they didn’t finish the caulking on one of the windows. And for my daughters room, her window does n ot lock. So I requested them to finish the job. They come twice to finish the caulking, but they still haven’t fixed the window in my daughter’s room. According to Chad his employer told him everything was fine!!! How is that possible? By liability, any accident that happens because of terrible installations, I will be the one suing them. Chad, I will pay you once you finish the work. I hope this review will help the buyers when it comes to choosing your company, if you try and remove the review, I have a screenshot of it, and a copy of all the text. Don’t fall for the sellers scam, because they say many things and at the end, it’s all a lie. And I even doubt all the reviews that are posted about this company. … – show

The entire experience with Maverick Windows was GREAT! From the person that to came to our house to show us all the great benefits and features of the windows to the installers that did a fantastic job installing all 22 windows! Everyone in the process was very nice and answered all questions we could come up with. Due to the efficiency of the new windows we have definitely noticed a difference in our heating and cooling bills! The windows are very tough as well. We had them installed before t he BIG hail storm and not one of them broke! They are working with us to get a couple of screens replaced that were damaged. Since they are local and manage the entire process there is never any problems with pointing fingers in a different direction. They are always there for any question or problem. Maverick Windows is a GREAT company and a pleasure to do business with! That is really saying something these days! Would do business again with Maverick in a heartbeat and also very quick to let people know who replaced our windows when they notice how good they look! The Installation went great. The installers had to deal with a rather large wasp nest (40+) in one window. The installers left no mess or debris.
The new single frame window in the entryway took some getting used to, it looks like there is no glass there.
We are very happy with the double hung frames and the easy cleaning.
Great Job!!!

Installer did an excellent job and the windows are awesome. We've had to turn on the ac a couple of times when it's freezing outside. They showed up on time and it was very reasonably priced.

The whole process with Maverick Windows from start to finish was a piece of cake. The most difficult decisions we had to make was working with Craig to select color, grid lines or not, full or half screens and single hung or double hung. It was all downhill from here, even with my wife working from home. They measured and installed the windows with as little noise as possible and cleaned up the debris inside and out.

The performance of the windows have been fantastic. They provide great insulat ion from the cold and heat, reduce the amount of sunlight entering the rooms and their best feature yet, the sashes can be flipped down inside the house for easy cleaning. I highly recommend Maverick Windows and look forward to replacing the remainder of the originals windows in our house. … – show

We have had our windows for over a year and really like them! They open and close with ease, have a great seal, do a great job with noise reduction, and keep the temperature regulated. 10/10, would recommend.
