Although the technician was late he did communicate and did a really good job and appeared to be very knowledgeable.

I call them he was on time, very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I will be using them again on any appliances. They are professionals and dependable I definitely recommend more people to them any time.

I call thim he was on time very helpful to me he was nice I told someone else about thim they said he nice and quick and fast he take it a part and put it back together I will be using them again on on appliances Kam came he was very professional I recommend some more people to them

He came out he looked at my dryer he took his time I recommend someone else to him Kam came out he was a very nice guy he came on time he answered the phone very nice I will guarantee use them again

I called and made an appointment to repair my refrigerator. Technician came and fixed the problem. The technician came and said problem was fixed and give it 24 hours to cool. Well that never Happened. Called tech back and he reported a new problem after checking refrigerator but not same problem he quoted me for the initial day. Wanted to charge me to fix new issue. Told him what did I pay for the first time. My refrigerator, never did get fixed. Poor service

Gave them one star because I have no choice. Don't let them fix your washer or dryer especially their technician name Kam. He never try to diagnosis the machine and assume the problem what I explain to him. When he changed the springs on washer. the problem still ongoing and never try to fix it and took the money and run. Called them several time to come back and they never response back. If you want something worth then call the manufacturer or buy a new machine. Stay away from this company!

A guy came and before even open the dryer he said it’s gonna be $250 I told him in Eder for me to pay you for the diagnostic you have to test the dryer. He opened the dryer all mad and said it’s the heat element I asked him to show me the meter readings but he did not wanted. I told him what kind of technician are you can’t even read a meter. I paid him $60 and kicked him out of my place. So disgusting. I contract a real company it was a heat sensor $15 $25 labor. Stay away from this guys.

Quick response from the get go! We had someone look at our fridge within hours of making the phone call- on a Sunday! Baylar gave us a quote and was prepared to make the repair that day. We decided to take a day to consider shopping for a new fridge and ended up deciding that repairing it was the best for us. The next day, we called and Victor was scheduled to do the repair that evening- after my work hours. He showed up within the time window we scheduled earlier, and was very polite and profes sional. He worked quickly and answered a lot of questions I had about the repairs. He even recommended products to shop for in the future! Really glad we decided to fix our fridge, and would highly recommend them for repairs. … – show

This company was very responsive. The technician showed up 30 min after I called them. I greatly appreciate Kamran’s help with providing information on the dishwasher drain pump. He was very attentive, polite and professional! Good price for service! And great follow up call! Thank you!

The worst experience I have had with any repair company. 5 appointments and 2 months have gone by and still to repaired. Scheduling with them is horrible, easy appointment takes weeks of waiting.

Ram was very professional. He explained his work as he completed it. He completed the job quickly and made sure the area was clean before he left. He also fixed another issue I had with no problem. I will definitely use his services again.

So my gas dryer broke. I called several companies and they said it would be a few days. I called Onno because of the great star ratings and was told they could be at my house within an hour. Well....heck yes I'll take that. They came and the conquored the issue in no time. The pricing was very fair. They are also very honest. They showed me one part that was very worn but not broken and asked if I wanted to replace since the dryer was open. They said it was not broken.....didn't have to be repla ced but may be a good idea since they has access and it looked like if could use a replacement. No pressure at all. Great service. Hopefully will not have to use again.....but if an appliance breaks. This will be my first call. … – show
