Buyer beware!! Phonesoap does not follow-through on warranty claims. My unit failed in less than 1 year. The company is very difficult to contact, much less to deal with. After numerous attempts to get help, we sent the broken unit back to the company. It has been weeks, and the company has not contacted us, nor have they replaced the unit per their warranty agreement!
Don't be suckered by their flashy sales techniques. They don't support their product!

It's starts with being lured in. Then you find out it cost way more than originally told, but you want it so bad that you don't care. You have a amazing ride. Then later discover the damages done and the outrageous cost for it.

rest was a surcharge on gas, use and cleaning on safety gear, and rental tax. But still too much of a jump in cost. The up front cost should have accounted for everything but taxes. Instead they deceive people with a much lower price and then hit you with the real price when renting. I did choose to look past it at the time. But it should have been a red flag warning.
Next they have you agree to let them charge your card up to $1500 for damages. Which seems fine since they have to protect themselves from misuse and abuse by customers. However it leaves the door open for them to just charge you whatever they want for what they deem as damages, and you have no recourse because you signed a agreement to let them do that.
They do give guidance on what to do and not do to avoid damages, which we followed successfully. They don't tell you in advance that it's not uncommon for the rocks on the trails to hit a tire just the wrong way and damage it. They tell you that after it happens. Then, they charge you not just the full cost of a new tire (which ours was over 50% worn already), but also $60 to replace it! Who gets paid $60 to change a tire?
Here's the next kicker. The tire on the Polaris is a $170 tire, and is not on the Polaris website. The tire they're charging me for is a $305 tire from the Polaris website. So not only are they not prorating the cost based on the wear of the tire like they should be doing, but they're also price gouging us for a tire that's way more expensive than the actual tire, plus the over priced cost of changing the tire.
It reminds me of dating. As long as nothing is wrong, everything is awesome. But it's when things go wrong that you see a person's true colors. Same with a business. Many people have nothing go wrong and leave thrilled. But those of us that followed the rules and stuff just happens, we see what they are really like with their customers.
I do not trust companies like this. You're gambling with your money. I've tried multiple times to get this fixed or work something out, and they refuse to budge. They've got you with the signed agreement and that entitles them to charge you how they want. That's not how you treat customers. Having the right doesn’t make it right. By the way, I even tried to have them let me buy the tire myself. They said they can't because it would be a violation of their contract with Polaris. Yet the tires on there aren't from Polaris to begin with.
This was part of a major family vacation. They had a chance to work with me and come out on top, but chose to piss on it instead. Don’t let your family vacation be ruined. Thankfully we took pictures to prove everything and have our cc company fighting the charges.

Mereo is the worst internet company. Internet has gone out 3x in 30 days. They have no weekend tech support so now it's Fri at 430 pm, and I won't have internet before Monday morning. They always promise to escalate and call you but they literally NEVER will. I've been waiting 30 days for a call and have called multiple times. They will not send a technician out even though I'm experiencing multiple issues! They need to be SUED!

they said that the "noise" was coming from the brakes and rotors and offered to replace them for $1900. I don't know a ton about cars but I was fairly confident that brakes and rotors would not solve this problem, and I certainly wasn't going to pay $1900 to replace them. I went to get the vehicle but they wouldn't release the vehicle to me until I paid them a $200 diagnostic fee. I paid the fee but wanted to talk to the service manager about it because I didn't see why I should pay this diagnosis fee on a car under warranty.
I called later that day and spoke with the service manager Eric Iman. Admittedly I was upset and super frustrated that I was forced to pay the diagnosis fee. The service manager was a piece of work, he had the technician that assessed the fee in the office with him when we talked, and repeatedly interrupted me while I was telling the story of what happened. He dug his heels in in support of his employee and eventually hung up on me.
In the meantime I took the car to a local shop and had the brakes and rotors replaced for about $600 (as compared to the $1900 quoted from Young VW). Guess what, it didn't fix the problem.
I put in an email and a phone call to Kory Martin the General Manager at Young VW. I explained to him what had happened and after a couple days he responded saying he wanted to pull phone records and talk with Eric Iman before he got back with me. When he finally called me he didn't wait to hear anything from me he simply said that he sided with his team and that they wouldn't refund the diagnosis fee. I told him that I would never do business with them again. Kory said he was fine with this and also hung up on me. By the way, in this conversation my tone was not elevated at all. And my biggest disappointment in Young is that they weren't looking to solve a problem, they were just looking to justify their actions, despite whether they were right or wrong.
I made a call to Strong VW in SLC to schedule an appointment to see if we could fix the problem. They saw me a couple days later. When I sat down with Strong I had a really frank conversation with them about how Young VW and I had "fired" each other and that I didn't want to have that problem again. They were very open with me an explained that they would also assess a diagnostic fee if the problem was not a problem covered under warranty. I told them I was fine with this and was happy to have this communicated up front rather than holding a vehicle hostage for a diagnostic fee that I was unaware of before going to pick up the vehicle. Strong found the problem on a short test drive. It was a bracket that had come loose and the muffler would periodically rub against the prop shaft.
Guess what, Strong repaired this as a courtesy and waived the diagnostic fee.
I reached back out to Kory Martin at Young VW and let him know that they wrongfully assessed a diagnosis fee (because they diagnosed the problem incorrectly). Do you think he got back with me? Nope. So, in other words, the price of a loyal customer at Young VW is $200. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Rudy did not provide me with a copy of my application or papers I signed. I'm a single mom and my income ranges 30k or below. My rent where i live right now is $1800 and the manager Rudy quoted me rent of $580 based on my income at his community. They should be withdrawn from the USDA program because they treat applicants in an hostile manner and they won't communicate about your application.

she once was able to and is likely in pain at only 11 months old. She's typically pretty shy but never aggressive towards vets. Everything I had mentioned that I thought could be wrong with her, he immediately had a condescending and snarky remark to shoot back at me.
He was being so rough with her that she bit him while getting x-rayed and he yelled at her calling her a "little bastard." He then flung her onto the table in our room, she can't use her back legs so she fell off and landed on the floor on her side. He ignored me when I asked for a wet paper towel to wipe her off so we sat there for 10 mins with HIS blood all over her. He commented to the vet assistants that normally people apologize when their animals bite him. To which I retorted that, I am not sorry.
We found that she has hip dysplasia in one hip but we do not know which one as he forgot to mark it when performing the x-ray and used the excuse that he forgot because she bit him. I'm not sure what else he would expect with the way he handles animals and his very unsympathetic attitude.
Within the first few minutes of meeting him I knew that this was not going to go well. His disposition and rude remarks were a red flag right away. Then with the mishandling of my kitten, I knew that we were never going back there.
I do not recommend folks going here with their pets. I've never seen anything like this before in my life. Truly appalling and disheartening.
