There was an occasion when i had some issues with my HOA that said I had a non compliance in my unit, and it was almost a show stopper. when I reached out to her she was able to pull up the details of the listing when i purchased the condo six years back to prove to the HOA that the non compliance existed prior to my purchase and thus shut the HOA for their unreasonable non compliance notification.
Long story short Reema is someone you can count on, and her dynamism, quick response and constant communication with you will be a WIN...WIN for you.

to the so-called "approved plan" he put his engineer stamp on. Now we are having major issues with finalizing the ADA sidewalks and parking locations. Jim nor his employees will now return calls, text, emails, etc. If you need anything done that requires an engineer approved drawing, I absolutely do not recommend using his company. Employees make or break a company and unfortunately several of Jim's employees are just grossly incompetent to say the least. I plan on pursuing this further with our legal counsel.

I purchased a groupon for one sclerotherapy session which I paid for in advance. The receptionist apparently never redeemed the groupon which I physically handed over to her at my appointment. So, now they sent a bill to a collection agency when I paid upfront. I now have to deal with a third party collections agency and they won't handle this issue in their office. Don't offer groupons and then go after a second payment.

I recently had the displeasure of hiring Beacon Electric And Plumbing, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Let me share the horrifying details of my experience, which I hope will serve as a warning to others.
To begin with, I had made a reservation for the plumber's first visit, only to be left waiting in vain. Beacon Electric

And Plumbing had the audacity to cancel at the last minute, leaving me in a lurch. This blatant disregard for punctuality and common courtesy set the tone for the rest of the ordeal.
When the plumber finally arrived for the second visit, it became abundantly clear things were not going well. He arrived around 9am, said he would be in 10 minutes and wandered in an hour later. I had a tiny leak in a pipe, a problem that should have been easily fixable. However, instead of addressing the actual issue, this plumber inexplicably decided that my three-year-old water heater needed to be moved a mere three inches. What followed was a disaster of epic proportions.
After touring the house, the plumber decided he needed a break from his few minutes of walking around and said he would be back in an hour and left. Some hours later he returned. He was also very fond of long telephone conversations.
After the plumber moved the water heater, he made a swift exit without bothering to check their work. It wasn't until they were long gone that I discovered my basement was flooding. I spent the entire previous evening worried about a tiny pin leak now in desperation to contain the water, resorting to placing buckets every 30 minutes to prevent further damage. When I called the plumber for assistance, their brilliant advice was to hit the new water valve with a hammer. Unbelievable!
Despite their supposed fix, the leaking returned, and by 10:30 pm, I was pulling up rugs and furniture and turning off the water in the house. Turning on the water heater caused an immediate flood in the basement, a problem I had never experienced before the plumber's ill-advised meddling. The timing of this catastrophe makes it hard to believe it was a mere coincidence. It seems clear that the plumber's reckless actions were the cause of this new, devastating problem.
As a result of this dreadful experience, as a heart failure patient I was forced to pull up carpets, move all my belongings away from the flooding, and endure an immense amount of stress and inconvenience. To add insult to injury, the plumber had the nerve to assure me that they would fix the problem but failed to follow through.

In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough how utterly disastrous this plumber's service was. Their incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for the well-being of their customers is appalling. I implore anyone in need of plumbing services to steer clear of Beacon Electric And Plumbing, lest they find themselves in a similar nightmare.

April 17th, I wanted to make a withdrawal. However, I learned it was beyond the daily requirement. So, I explained that I would withdraw the maximum amount on the 17th and return the next day to make another withdrawal. However, you explained that you could issue a cashier’s check for the full amount that I had requested (which saved me an extra trip). I cannot thank you enough for helping me with that transaction which literally minimized my stress level.
Additionally, I appreciate the parking tips and how to avoid getting ticketed and/or towed. Again, many thanks for your expertise, professionalism, the ease of the transaction and your undivided attention.

You can not find simple step-by-step screenshots to quickly review previous classes so you have to watch the record of the webinar which doesn't have time codes so you have to waste time scrolling the 4-5 hours of video and trying to find exactly what you want and even if you will do that it so inconvenient since the webinar player can not be controlled by keyboard buttons like "->" (forward) or "<-" (back) so it too complicated to move a few seconds back or forward since it is necessary sometimes to understand clearly an idea due to the quality of webinar sound is may be recorded poorly. You even cannot change the speed of the video like on youtube so you have to wait until you finally heard the idea you need, moreover, seems like the record of webinars has never been reviewed by the organizer because it contains multiple break times, and individual questions from students to the teacher for which you actually no need spend time to watch it again. One more thing you have to know before you decide if want to go to the school: when the webinar finishes it doesn't available online right away to quickly review it and understand what you lost, you have to wait a few hours or even next day to come back and rewatch it so forget about your school homework if you didn't understand something right away. And if you are in a relationship or you have kids, a home, or a job then forget about the Noortech since they don't have time to text you back and provide assistance right away or even recognize that you, like most people, do not live in the forest, you in the city and your time is limited by 24 hours per day.

number. The guy who I guess is the manager said he’d be there in 30 seconds. Found that odd. After I did the test drive, he brought the price down by $400, and I hadn’t mentioned a trade-in yet. When it came up, he told me he would give me the Kelly Blue Book value for my SUV. I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection done, which he said was fine, but I couldn’t do it right then.
Fast forward to today. I called the man and told him I’d be coming up to do the inspection within the next hour or so and that the place that I’d be taking it to didn’t make appointments, just 1st come1st served. He said that was fine, but wanted me to tell the mechanic to try to get me in quicker because he had to send an employee with me and that guy would need to get back because he had “things to do”. I was taken aback by that and probably should’ve know then that this wasn’t going to work out. I reluctantly called the garage and apologized profusely when I told him I would be there soon and what the dealer said. I told him I was in no hurry so I didn’t feel the need to rush. The mechanic assured me they would check the vehicle thoroughly however long it took.
When I arrived at the garage, they put the truck up right away and came in to get me. The guy showed me the rusted frame and told me a few of the issues he had already spotted. Fast forward again, he come in with a list of 15 concerns. He also said that it was insulting to me and to the mechanics for the guy to tell them to hurry up, which I completely agreed with. He told me that he would not recommend buying the vehicle because it probably wouldn’t last more than a couple of years.
The other guy from the dealership and I went back to the dealership. He asked if the truck was good, and I said no. I then sat in the building for several minutes waiting for the manager to come out. When he finally came out, I told him the condition of the truck and the mechanic didn’t appreciate being told to hurry through the inspection. It finally dawned on me that as I was talking he was putting his socks on! I was shocked and said something about it as I got up to leave. He said he had been praying and had removed socks and shoes to do so. Now, aI have zero problem that the guy was praying or that he had removed his shoes. What I had a problem with was that the other guy didn’t tell me that the manager would be out when he was finished and that the guy didn’t take the time to put his shoes back on before coming out. Just not cool! I kept right on walking out the door and went home. The whole experience was a big turn off, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When my child had a bathroom accident on the first day of camp, we did not receive a call home. When I picked her up, no staff mentioned her accident (until I asked).

to "sit down unless it's an emergency." She's shy and a rule-follower so she sat down. No staff noticed that she went without lunch (we were told not to pack any since the kids would be having pizza).
Finally, the sign out system was really worrisome. Adults would sign their kids out, then tell staff the child's name - that's it. There was no effort to make sure that I was the parent of the child that I was picking up or that I was an authorized adult.
These were the 3 most alarming things we noticed, but overall the camp was a letdown -- they watched 2 movies and didn't seem to spend much time doing actual physical activities. I understand a small business trying to bring in revenue, but Youth Sports shouldn't be hosting camps until they can provide adequate, safe care for all their campers.

agreed to issue a refund due to the exceptional circumstances. He promised to refund the fees once another family took my children's spots. After a family did, in fact, fill the spots, Mr. Williams completely changed his tune and has yet to issue a refund for the remaining balance. Despite multiple attempts to contact Mr. Williams, he has chosen to ignore our emails, and messages. His unresponsiveness and unethical behavior have caused us significant distress and financial strain. It is our belief that Excel Prep Academy, under the management of Mr. Eric M. Williams Jr., is operating in a dishonest and unprofessional manner. The blatant disregard for our agreement and the subsequent avoidance tactics employed by Mr. Williams are, in our opinion, a clear indication of a con artist's behavior. It is important to note that we have emails and text messages as evidence to support our claim that Mr. Williams committed to refunding the money. When we realized that he was reneging on his promise, we requested contact information for the Excel Prep Academy's Board and their legal representative to escalate the matter. However, Mr. Williams refused to provide us with this information, banned us from visiting the facility, and eventually stopped responding to our communication attempts altogether. Parents entrusting their children to Excel Prep Academy should be aware of this type of deceitful conduct and stay away! We hope that this complaint will help to prevent other families from experiencing the same distress and financial loss that we have endured.

Where can I start? I would like to say that service from these young gentlemen is phenomenal! Marvin took care of me most of the time with his amazing customer service and his knowledge of cars, his other coworkers helped out with explaining the process and cost. I was able to get my car repaired, back to how it looked when i first got it and they were very understand about pricing too towards the end. Overall, I’d recommend a lot of customers to go here.
