know why they only allow 10 mins. Got that to go off, and then the first rain, my floorboard looked like a pond. I got to look for the person who inspected it, and the inspection sticker is completely blank!
I then called the Virginia state police to ask if this is even a legal inspection sticker, it was but I still was not satisfied. I had a trooper meet me at a repair facility and put it on the lift and so he could inspect it. Guess what it should never have passed inspection!!!! Pictures below. They found that the dealer drove from Fredericksburg VA to Woodbridge (45min drive) to get it inspected. Fishy??? Someone knows someone there to pass it. Also, do not go to Potomac Mills Mobil station (Woodbridge VA -Potomac Mills Mall area), the one who clearly passed a car when it should have not been. Even the trooper believes something going on there.
Lesson learned! I just want to protect everyone else, if you choose to buy something here get a mechanic to check it out and do you Carfax. He gave me one, but I was not aware that pages were missing when he gave it to me, Yes, I should have run one myself

every little dent or scratch that is found in the apartment before you moved in. There were not enough lines on that piece of paper to cover all of the dents and things wrong with this apartment. We have not complained or made a big fuss about anything until this year because it has gotten WAY too out of hand. In the summer of 2021, our ceiling in the living room right above our mantle where our TV sits, started leaking. We put a Maintenace request in for someone to come fix the roof, and I left a voicemail on their phone and a week goes by and no one stops by our apartment to fix anything the ceiling does not look like it has been touched whatsoever. So, I call them during their office hours and tell them what has happened to our ceiling and that it is actively still leaking, we had a bowl catching water on the floor under it. Another week goes by, the ceiling is still not fixed, so at this point I am pissed because the ceiling is black and still leaking and looks like crap. I call them again and they said that they have to wait for a roofing company to come out to fix the roof first and then they will fix the ceiling and that they are sorry for the wait. a couple days go by, they cut a hole in our ceiling and painted over the wall to cover up the water stains. Two days go by and there is still a GIANT hole in our ceiling, but it's not leaking, so I call and ask when they are going to patch up this hole and someone comes by later that day to fix it. They call me the next day and say that they are very sorry for the wait, and they take of $150 from our rent and that was the end of that. Fast forward to Summer of 2022, or more specifically August 6, 2022, our ceiling starts leaking AGAIN in the EXACT SAME SPOT except this time it is worse. So, I do what I did last time, and I put in a service request, and I call and leave a voicemail. A week goes by, and two gentlemen come by and look at the ceiling and say that it is probably the roof, I tell them the whole story of last year and they say okay. That they will get a roofing company out. Two weeks goes by, and I hear NOTHING, and I see no one come into our apartment to fix anything. So, I call and let them know, they said that they are waiting on the roofing company to come look at the roof and that someone will be by to look at the ceiling in the meantime. Two more weeks go by, and nothing has changed, at this pointed it has rained very hard, we were about to have a hurricane and my ceiling is STILL LEAKING. I call again and tell them; except I am really pissed this time. So, they send a gentleman out to look at the ceiling, he measures how much moisture is in the wall and then leaves. A week goes by, and my ceiling has still not changed and is still leaking, at this point we are almost at a month and a half having gone by and no one has done jack crap to fix anything on our ceiling and it is turning black. I called them AGAIN, and they still said they are waiting for the roofers to come out and some bull crap about how they don't have a latter long enough to reach the roof, so they have to get another company. Another week goes by, I have bugs all over my apartment and have called multiple times telling them I need pest control to come out because s***s and bugs are all in our apartment and it's disgusting. So, one night I am about to leave to go out to dinner and hear scratching. I am so confused where it is coming from, and then I figure out it is coming from a box in our apartment. There was a mouse in our apartment, and it was alive!!! And still no one had come to fix our roof or our ceiling. Two days later after we called going off about the mouse did someone come out and fix the roof and the ceiling, now the GENERAL MANAGER FOR THE PROPERTY WILL NOT RETURN OUR CALL. It has been more than a week and a half, and she will not respond. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND DIGSUSTING APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. I NEVER WANT TO LIVE HERE AGAIN. We have 2 months left on our lease and I can NOT wait to leave. Not to mention in 2021 there was shooting in our apartment complex and one person died and the other one was sent to the hospital. My response: You agreed not to charge me because you were aware that 1) no one told me to arrive 15 minutes late, 2) that I was 2 minutes (not 15 minutes) late, 3) that I volunteered to cut my session time from 60 to 45 minutes, 4) you did not have another customer until 3, and 5) you preferred to take an hour rest as your injury made it challenging to do deep tissue. And yes I will contact you repeatedly and publish all correspondence on line so that others know you are not fair and not providing the services you are supposed to.

I talked to the salesman and told him that he had not given me the hourly rate and that rate was way to0 high and I would not have agreed to it had he informed me of the rate. He said he would talk to the owner and when he called back, informed me the owner had said that was the standard rate, it was on the quote and that is what I would have to pay. I asked to speak to the owner directly and they refused.
The salesperson then sent me a copy of the "quote" which showed the hourly rate. As I reviewed this quote which I had no record of receiving, I noticed the quote date and the other items on the quote were after the service date. I sent him the quotes I had received via e-mail and told him the quote he had sent was fake since it was AFTER the date they performed the service. I again asked to speak to the owner.
I really didn't understand how they could have worked that long, so I reviewer my ring cameras to see. Upon that review, I realized that the entire 3-person crew sat down and took a 40-minute lunch (all 3) during the "billable period". I also noticed that when they arrived, they damaged my mailbox and spent 15 minutes trying to fix it or atleast hide the damage.
I then tried to contact the owner several more times to inform them of these situations, but the owner continued to refuse my calls and the salesperson told me he could not do anything without the owner's consent.
Now, the company has sent my bill to collections.

This is where things get really underhanded. My lady was charged 129 dollars for tire re-balance, and 160(40x4) dollars for the tire change. This is literally 30 minutes of work for a 120 lb woman. Here's the kicker, it took hours. She left the house at 6:30 am made her hour commute, arrived at "honest" toms first thing(they open at 8:00 AM), didn't arrive to work till after 11 am(she works less than 20 mins from honest toms.), and they left her tire pressure sensor light on.
Called the tire shop down the road, and they quoted us 20 dollars for balancing and 20 dollars per tire to change tires.
Essentially they charged her more than double for the job, as the tire shops quote for all the work was $100.
This place is a joke. Maybe if you didn't take advantage of customers at every chance and had competitive prices, you'd have more business. "Predatory" tom's is more like it.

So, i get a call this morning, and i answer wondering who would be calling, and low and behold it is Victor with Tom the owner in the background.
Long story short I was harrassed and threatened over the review and using Victors name. Apparently because i was not there, i should not be writing the review, and I deserve to be sued for expressing my opinion.
Then Victor brings race up, and accuses us of being racist. Saying we don't like Latino people. We are a mixed race couple, I am a white and my girlfriend is Panamanian and black. This guy is projecting if you ask me.
On top of this, the owner is raising his voice in the background as this Victor fellow is berating me, talking about how i should come get a refund so he can beat me up.. This is a joke. This business should be sued and shut down.
The level of immaturity and harassment is astounding.

The investigation they conduct has to determine that violations of contractor regulations have been found. So that's TWO separate complaints from TWO separate people where both investigations found that he was at fault. The sanctions from DPOR against him may be quite heavy and will be finalized at the end of October, 2022.

On the way home to Woodbridge from Fredericksburg, the vehicle began to slow down as if it were going to cut off. I slowed down and proceeded home. On 9/13/22, I went to Minnieville Exxon to have the vehicle emissions test completed, and the car was listed as "Not Ready." In addition, seven (7) additional issues must be addressed before the vehicle can pass. Me and my mom began calling Sammy at 11:45 am, sent a text message at 12:17 pm, and called until 1:30 pm. Due to what we felt were deceptive practices, we traveled to Street Cars to speak with Sammy about returning the vehicle for a refund.
Sammy stated the vehicle was sold "As Is” and it is on the Bill of Sales. Sammy was asked about the sign on the front of his business which states "3 Day Return Policy". Sammy said it does not apply to cash cars or discounted cars. Sammy was asked where this was noted on the sign. When asked about the items on the failed inspection report being taken care of, Sammy refused to discuss it further. Sammy said I should use the warranty, where I would be responsible for half the cost of all repairs.
When we signed the paperwork, I asked Sammy several times what I was signing. Sammy would say, "this is just saying you saw the CarFax," "you saw the inspection rejection, but it has been taken care of." When Sammy was asked about the Air Intake Tube order, he refused to provide a confirmation number, telephone number for the company, or location. I did not receive any title paperwork and was told to sign the vehicle delivery form when all items had not been received.
I contacted ASC Warranty company, which was provided with the vehicle, and they told me to take the car to any automotive repair shop for an estimate. We took the vehicle to Sheehy Nissan, and all needed repairs were reported to ASC Warranty. ASC Warranty stated they would not cover any of the repairs because they were pre-existing.
Sammy should not be allowed to operate a business where he is engaging in deceptive business practices. He has deceived me out of $5299, and I do not have a vehicle or any money to get reliable transportation.

Regarding the unsecured door, his female roommate was followed into the building by an aggressive man who she assessed had a weapon. My son, his roommates, and I have reached out to Real Property Management dozens of times via-email and telephone to no avail. They did attempt to remediate the cockroach infestation by sending an exterminator through each building unit; it hasn't substantively impacted the issue. The management of this building is reprehensible and in violation of § 55.1-1230 on so many levels specifically, maintenance of a fit and safe premises.
