    I've been taking my car there for five years now. They've always been fair and honest on car problems. Always super nice. And always provide quality, timely and reasonablly priced service.

    Always easy to make an appointment. They are friendly and knowledgeable crew. Most importantly, they are transparent on what needs to be done with the vehicle. Lastly, they are affordable! Highly recommend!

    I've used Gtown Auto now for an oil change and then having a rodent issue under the hood. I'm happy with the service and turnaround time, being able to drop the car off on the weekend, including Sundays is extremely helpful.

    Edit — Bobby and his shop are the best. Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria told me my brake pin/caliper was frozen and would need a $1,000 service to fix. I only went there to deal with a recall/complaint issue Lexus sent to all CT200 owners.

    I called panicking from the airport that my car wouldn’t start and I’m not local so I didn’t know who to call but I’d definitely recommend Georgetown Auto. Bobby talked me thru it and explained what I needed to do. He was amazing! Thank you so much!

    I’ve lived in D.C for the past 20 years. One of my favorite cars needed some serious engine work and I was looking for a shop close by in the city. I was very lucky to find Georgetown Auto Service. They had my car restored to her former glory in no time. It’s been 10 years now and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The work is always second to none. Bobby (the owner) and his staff are extremely knowledgable, professional and accommodating. I can not recommend them highly enough!!

    I called on a Sunday for a safety inspection and was told they were busy and I should go the next day. I asked what time and was told the opening time of 7. I showed up the next day and was told they don't do them first thing in the morning and gave me a couple of other places to take it to. It would have been better customer service to have told me that on the phone they previous day to save me a trip since I had specifically asked for a time to go.

      Our apologies on the miscommunication. We always advise all clients to drop off their vehicles with us at 7am during the weekday so that we may take out time in performing all inspections and checking over of all vehicles through out the day thoroughly.
