Kevin took great care of me and my vehicle. He gave me a prompt and accurate estimate. He and the staff kept me informed on each step of the repair and completed the body work exactly when he said they would. It looks fantastic. Both Irwin and Kevin are exemplary guys with great customer service! Being a typical â millennialâ I usually rely on my father to deal with my car issues because heâ s in the car business, but he lives 1200 miles away. Irwin continuously gave him updates and communicated with him. Needless to say, my dad and I were both impressed. I had to bring my car bac k a couple more times after my inital visit due to cosmetic issues and they happily accepted it and assured me that it would be done in a timely manner. I asked Irwin if he could just bolt it on better and maybe cut off some of the bottom so it wouldn't catch on things so often. He gave me what I thought was a very low estimate and said to come back in two days. In short, his guys fixed it and made it look great, cut off the bottom, shined up the car and even did the wheels. Additionally, they diagnosed the engine light that was flashing . Way more than I expected but when I asked what I owed, he restated the low estimate price. I got the finished product today and it was totally awesome. Before deciding on Old Town Body, I got 2 other quotes for the work and by far their price was so much better and the service was A1. I was very impressed with the friendly disposition of all of the staff and the cleanness and order of the shop as a whole. I had some damage to this part of my car about year and half ago and the insurance company of the other driver recommended a body shop of a large dealership in VA…when you go to them your impressed with the set up and all the bells, whistles and conveniences they provide, but the work quality and paint job was awful compared to what I just experienced with Old Town Body/Yates Collision. All that dealership wanted was to get my car out, I was annoyed frankly by their workmanship and service. You would do yourself a disservice not to drop by see these guys if you need work done, they really do professional work. I intend to use then again and again in the future. … – show0 0Reply

This needed to be done ASAP in order for my inspection to pass on my 2004 Honda Accord. I was referred to Old Town and so grateful for it. I initially met with Irwin who paired me with great care to Kevin. Kevin was super resourceful and very professional while helping me to restore my car. From the beginning (even before I had the insurance aspect settled) Irwin and Kevin were beyond helpful. Once the insurance portion was taken care of, I was able to drop my car off right away and they they repaired everything within a great time frame! They made the entire process hassle f ree which I really appreciated! Kevin and Irwin were extremely friendly, transparent about the cost & timeline, and thoroughly explained the repair process.
