    Went into this bank on September 16th 2022 to pay off a signature loan CASH. Low and behold this morning I wake up and they are still charging me “reoccurring payments” for the signature loan? Where is that money going? If the loan is paid off why are they still charging me as if I still owe? I went on their app and cancelled reoccurring payments the same day I paid off the loan YET they still pulled money as if I didn’t pay the whole thing off! I hate this credit union so much.     I stopped by to get an assistance they provided what Information I needed. But when I said Thank you and have a good day they are like ha ha very rude the response to thank you should be Your welcome thanks for choosing Ourbank.

    They do not have a good business practice. I had a pre-approval through them on an auto loan. After finding the vehicle I wanted to purchase through them they raised the pre-approval interest rate by 2 points. Terrence Gerst was my Service consultant and at no point did he mention this change, until the last second and flipped the switch. Will not be using this credit union anymore

    They have excellent customer service as far as tellers, and the Credit Card Services Manager. I’m here now trying to make a deposit and the ATM is offline, this is like the 5th time in 6 months it’s been offline. This is 2022 with technology now, why in the world is this happening. Inexcusable and unacceptable. No number to call after hours.

    I have been using NRL Federal Credit Union since I was a teenager (many many years ago). Although they need more people to answer their phones, I have always received excellent service. My entire family are members and we will be using them for many years to come.

    I recently had a car accident in which my car was totaled. I visited the location to ask whether or not I should continue the payments due to my car insurance needing to pay my car loan off. She advises me that I shouldnut pay anymore since I made them aware of the situation. Long story short my credit took a major hit due to ” late payment” which ultimately got me declined for a new car loan

    Some of the employees choose which customers has to follow the policies and who doesn't. If there are policies in place, then they need to be followed 100% all the time. Not just when the employee decides they don't like that customer.

    Terrible! I have been a customer for 12 years & now I can NEVER access my accounts through their website to pay bills, transfer $, etc. When I call to complain they ask for my social security # just to tell me when the website will be back up. I sent a written complaint to them weeks ago and they never responded.
