I’ve been a customer here now for years. I love that Chana knows how to both cut and color my hair for when I want to wear it either straight or natural (I have type 3b curly hair). She keeps up with contemporary styles and always gives me the best tips and tricks for caring for my curls at home. Will be a forever customer.

The people are really friendly and easy going. They consider the results and health of their customer’s hair. They just over charge a lot, and even though I had a somewhat pleasant experience, I feel as if I can’t leave my home due to how awful I look. I look like a 2006 Bratz doll, or Draculaura from monster high. The highlights, well done and professionally handled, make me look like a joke. I cried when I looked in the mirror because I knew I’m stuck looking like this for the next year (the p roducts they use are high quality and ling lasting, worth it if you don’t look like a middleschooler going through the rebellious phase). I’ve been to special touch a few times, and all my previous experiences were okay, but the last time I went the service was so bad I’ll never go back. First they refused to cut my hair in the style I wanted, and said that if I wanted I could return and she’d finish the cut. I think if I’m the one paying for it, then I should be able to choose the style I want to wear. Then the stylist had a really bad attitude the entire time she was doing my hair. It’s also extremely UNPROFESSIONAL when you are speaking about my hair over my hair, in a different language, when you can clearly speak English. Yes, they are good at doing hair but there’s nothing special about their touch! … – show

My hair was so soft and lasted for weeks! Friendly staff too. They gave me an awesome color and blowout. I loved my experience and hope to be able to visit again soon. The manager and her daughter are the most friendly people ever!! This is a must for natural girls who want straight hair without heat damage!

The stylist are very friendly but that one gate keeper or Owner husband or whatever he is big bulky behind is so rude I can’t bring myself to come back

Everyone at the salon is talented, but also lazy which leads to poor execution. Consistent laziness and rushing will lead to damaged hair. In addition, the prices are always fluctuating, the appointment system is flawed and there is a dash of colorism. I do not recommend for new clients because they will make poor decisions about your hair.

This place don’t deserve any star… the guy in the front desk at soon he saw me give a tttitude and mentioned me about they charging 20$ and give me a look like I don’t have money to pay for they don’t know how great people and I just tell him I have money to pay for if I don’t have money I won’t show there descrimination in front

I love this place, I have been going there for about 10 yrs and my stylist always deliver whatever is the color, or the haircut… I have very long and very tight curls, and my stylist Maricarmen always leave me looking spectacular!! I also take my mom and I use to bring my Dad too. Everyone is very kind and we always feel welcomed.
Well worth the drive and the waiting. Just make sure you call for an appointment because it is usually very busy…

This place was awful. I would not recommend coming here ever. The women spoke in Spanish foul things about me not knowing I could understand them. They overcharged me for my services, and didn’t communicate what I wanted done to my hair. The person doing my hair didn’t even say one word to me, and this entire experience made me super uncomfortable. Do not spend your money here! Kindness goes a far way, and the employees need to learn how to be polite to customers and their needs.

I love Migulina — she is the best hairdresser ever!! Always listens to me and provides above and beyond service by recommending what is best for my hair type and face!! The entire staff work together and the atmosphere is heavenly!!
