    I needed an emergency window repair late in the evening, and Riadh came to fix it immediately! He was at my home in 30 minutes and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He was also incredibly kind, so I will definitely reach out again. I'm so grateful for his quick response and guarantee on his work!

    After calling nearby shops who were too difficult to schedule or priced extremely high, I found Old Town Glass, they very responsive and accommodating. They quickly went right to work in measuring my window and a week later returned with the same professionalism. They brought all necessary tools and worked efficiently with no hiccups. They cleaned up behind themselves then cleaned my windows too! Thank you Riadh and Freddy. I am so very happy i found you!

    I highly recommend Riahd and his company. We had a broken double pane window. Riahd gave us a very fair quote. He explained the process and replaced the glasses (IGU) within the promised time frame. He also installed the window. I definitely will use the service again if needed in the future.

    They did an incredible job on replacing the three glass panes of the large picture window in my condo. They showed extreme care and were extremely quick given the windows were in a 1941 Art Deco building. They also cleaned up everything and ensured I was happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend them for another job.

    I’m very well pleased with the service I received from this company. I requested an estimate and received one faster than expected. Measurements were done fast and the work was done shortly after. I would definitely use this company in the future. The glass for my window looks so much better!!!!

    I do agree with others when they say you may overpay due to the high price. I know I overpaid for the easy job I had, which kind of sucks, but it was quality work and good customer service. I just wante     … – show

    Riadh and Old Town Glass & Window repair were professional, the most reasonably priced and super quick! I received estimates from 5+ other companies who were charging 2—3 times as much and had a 2 week wait because of supply/shipping delays. Riadh came out to the house, ordered the part and completed the repair for the side panel near our front door within 3 days! 5 stars and will refer you to everyone. Thank you!
