    They sent me an email asking for a review. So here it is: I was at Safeway. I made 2 keys, with the 2nd key 50% off. I'm happy with the quality and the design. I think they also provide some other services like saving your key in your account, helping you if you get locked out, making car key, etc. which I will note down, just in case.

    I had a little trouble with the key that was cut at the Kiosk, it fit but wouldn't turn. I contacted KeyMe. no problem the issued a refund immediately. I also had a key fob copied and an additional key for the same lock. Works Great!!! Thanks

    I don’t know why 5*. Nothing to rate that high, they never gave me estimate and wanted to schedule me for 9am regarding that they are 24/7 business

    I had seen the reviews prior to contacting them and service and professionalism seem the be their highlights to my dismay. I had seen their quotes ranging from $20 to $200 and seems it didn’t seem like a big job(old door, with plenty of gaps between door and frame) I didn’t think it was going to be too much as I had also seen posted on their websites that they did not tack on any fees. They were quick, they arrived within 45 minutes of my initial call. The Locksmith told me it was going to be $1 … – show

    I am happy with the service and my apartment key was delivered on time. I am not quite impressed with the limited designs available (hopefully they are working on more varieties) but the key works and that's important! Very cheap definitely using their service again!
