I wish all businesses ran this way! Helpful and patient staff. Dr Nguyen is great. Procedure went perfectly. Hours before my follow-up a crown, unrelated to my procedure came off. He and his staff cheerfully did an excellent job putting it back on. Thank you Alexandria Oral Surgery!

My tooth extraction was quick and almost painless(of course I was numbed, but still…I expected some torture, lol)
& Dr. Rothman and team/staff were all great.

My whole experience was fantastic from the second I walked in the door. Everything was smooth and so organized. I was out in and out in no time! Dr. Nguyen was so thorough, professional, and personable. Would highly recommend them!

I was referred to Dr. Rothman by a dentist. Worst appointment ever! Front desk was rude and hassled me about a referral form they already had and the person showing us to a room was not friendly. Dr. Rothman was interested in forms instead of helping with my actual problem until I got up to walk out of the room because he was wasting my time as he seemed to being having 3 year old romper room meltdown because of a comment I made about his forms, mostly my condition was complex so yes and no answers often do not work and he had a pdf form field that was not working. Basically I said if I had a problem with my form I would want to know so I could fix the PDF field so people could fill it out online and the fact is I could not fill it out online and had to print it out and scan it because of the broken field. After more of his attitude and still going on about the form, yes obviously he cared more about his form than his patient, I had enough as I came here for help so I got up to walk out and leave because nothing productive was happening, in fact it was escalating my anxiety. It was only at this point, he then asked me to sit back down and answered some questions, but overall it was bad experience for me because I am already nervous and full of anxiety about my teeth and what to do about them so I did not need this. In fact, I cannot believe a professional would act in such a childish manner, but I guess everybody has a bad day and he was having one. If this surgeon is so immature about a comment about his form, then could he help me with my problem? What if there is a problem in the middle of surgery, is he just going to have another meltdown. Obviously it was not a good day for anyone in the office. No one seemed happy, and I know I was not happy either after this. The experience was simply awful. Based on this visit and my experience, the bottom line is that I could never ever trust Dr. Rothman, but it was not a match for me anyway for other reasons.

I waited awhile to post this so I could be objective, honest, and fair in my review without being in a charged state. Maybe they (meaning the entire office) were having a bad day, and I know after this visit my day was not great either. It took me along time to get up the courage to see another surgeon because this experience was so defeating for me and to even voice my opinion about this experience. The only good thing I can say about this office, is they took my insurance but it was basically a waste of my time and my insurance company's money.

If you choose this surgeon, I wish you a better experience than I had. However, I cannot in conscious recommend Dr. Rothman. … – show

Couldn't be happier with Dr. Rothman. He and his staff are terrific. Have had two extractions one with an implant. He makes it so easy. Have friends with implant horror stories. My implant with Dr. Rothman was flawless. Would never go anywhere else.

I am so thankful for Dr. Vincent Nguyen-Cao and the entire team at Alexandria Oral Surgery! I recently got all four wisdom teeth (all impacted) removed. I was so nervous about the procedure and it was a breeze. Dr. Nguyen-Cao also made sure to follow up with me and answered all my “post-op” questions. They were so efficient, compassionate and easy to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen-Cao and the team at AOS!!!

My name is Liam and I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Vincent Nguyen. First off the doctor exemplifies professionalism. The staff everyone was friendly and kind and helpful. That’s even before I had the teeth removed, with my teeth it was so smooth. A few twists and turns and my tooth fell out like a bride’s dress after her wedding night. God Bless you Dr. Vincent. I've never left a review for anything in this world let alone for an oral surgery. I put this off for a minute now due to fear and I felt like now was the time to get it out of the way. The whole experience was a breeze. I read the reviews here prior and it helped me go into it with excitement. They are the best!!! Every single breathing person in there, even the ones I didn't meet are likely just as wonderful as the people I did interact with. I felt completely fine the evening of just a numb b ottom lip that went away in the morning. If the world were sinister and gave me another set of wisdom teeth, I would go here again! … – show

Dr. Rothman is the best! I have severe dental phobia but I just got 2 teeth extracted and it was super easy! The team is very friendly and kind, true professionals
