    I would not recommend Posh Med Spa to anyone looking to receive Botox injections. I was skeptical about purchasing Botox with a Groupon, but I took a chance because it was much cheaper than what I currently pay and ultimately I was hoping to make Botox injections more of a frequent event in my up keep process.

    Plus, all the reviews attached to this Groupon were 5 stars. Now I know to check the reviews attached to the actual website and not just read the Groupon reviews because they aren't accur     … – show

    The workers are nice, the place looks like an old apartment with all the fancy equipment, but I think they are scamming us into paying for Groupon Botox to keep their business afloat, telling clients to come back in 2 weeks after injections. I think they just inject saline (salt water) tbh because zero results and ultimately didn’t wanna waste my time going back for a follow up after reading these reviews!

    I got 40 units botox. It didn’t work. Even I haven’t notice little result. Just Zero NOTHING!! After week two weeks Nothing at all Very disappointed. Just wasted my time and money She was argumentative If I tell what I want she doesn’t listen. She just do what she wants. She is ready to argue with you.     Called before because I know Groupon takes so much and she confirmed she’d honor Groupon price in writing. She did not, and what is worse is it didn’t take at all. Think it was diluted or just no botox at all because that’s never happened anywhere else. Was also late and tried to upsell the whole time.

    very bad treat,giving one price when you there they charge more just dragging you in the small offic,only care about money,,they cheaters, bad service, I will not going there agin,don't recommend,scamers!!!
    Diana got botol from her purse and I didn't saw what kind of botox is that and I asked for 40 units,she told me I need 8 more and they charged me 8 units more than that price they giving from beginning

    I went for my 3rd visit today and was very disappointed. Diane was late getting there for my 2:00 appointment. I called and was told they were at a meeting 5 minutes away. I waited outside in the drizzle. When Diane and I guess the receptionist got there Diane apologized for taking a late lunch. It was very disorganized when we went inside. Phone kept ringing, I was waiting. They were trying to get the Alexa to play music. Diane asked me twice if I had been there before. (After I told her I had) … – show

    I’m so disappointed because I really wanted to like this place and make it my go to spot for services, but I have left disappointed for the last time. The office is poorly managed in general, has been for the last 2 years I’ve made appointments. The biggest problem for me is that I carve out time in my day to make it to an appointment. For Diane to be 30+ min late is not appropriate — especially when it continuously happens. I just waited 20 minutes in their lobby, confirmed my name when I arriv … – show

    It was my first time getting any treatment; having spent most of my life in military culture, I never treated myself. Diane is one of the sweetest and most helpful people I've met. She explains the difference between each product and procedure.

    I'm thrilled I came to Posh Med Spa. I would recommend you check out Groupon as they have some excellent discounts posted there at times. But their prices for the quality of service you get is very high, worthy of the cost. A+++ service and quality.

    Diane Burns is a scammer at best. I purchased 58 units of Botox, I’m at week two, and there is no difference at all. I should have followed my intuition but I felt like she wasn’t injecting me with anything. Or perhaps saline. Nor did I ever see the injectables/packaging at all. I will be contacting the BBB.     Diane Burns has been taking care of my beauty needs for almost a decade. Diane always makes me feel comfortable. She is always willing to patiently discuss my aging concerns and options. The results are not extreme and looks natural.

    Diane Burns is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I’ve seen her three times now, and each time she has made me feel welcome and comfortable. Diane does a great job with my Botox and I’ll continue coming to Posh Med Spa.

    Just moved to the area and purchased a Groupon to try out Posh Med Spa and after two rounds of Botox my face is exactly as it was when I first stepped foot in this wanna be spa. I should have paid attention to the other reviews, wasted my time, and money, what a rip off!!
    Posh Med Spa lost a potential life long customer had they been honest and lived up to their so-claimed standard.

      Sorry you felt this way Brandon, I wish we could show the before and afters. I feel like you had great results. And a touch up at no cost. Also you did every space possible except not enough for your neck. This treatment is recommended every 3—4 months and then you would continue with no wrinkles. Wish you well!

    I went to this place after purchasing 40 units of Botox! This is the worst. She didn’t listen to what I ask for, because she was to busy talking. She wasn’t rude or anything like that. It was nice speaking to her! My problem is I ended up purchasing another 14 units and there are zero results for the extra money I spent.     I came in to this location about six weeks ago and was supposed to receive 40 units. Little did the nurse practitioner know that I am an RN.. not only did she not give me the 40 units, but the unit she gave me wore off in four weeks (on the small area that was actually affected). The only thing that could make this happen is either the Botox was extremely diluted, or she gave me much less than even 20.
