Dr Nguyen is Awesome. She is very caring and kind. I appreciate her patience’s and compassion. She is my primary doctor and I enjoy her upbeat personality and alway working with as an individual to figure out the right course of action for me. I definitely recommend her is you are looking for a primary physician

I am confused at where to place the blame for the terrible service which is ongoing for a week now.
I saw Dr. Alsaadi for a referral, she filled out the form and didn’t fill out one portion correctly. So I have been calling for 7 days and every time it’s, ‘ok we will get it fixed this morning’ ‘our manager will take care of this and it’ll be done in the next hour’ or ‘give us 48 hours’.
So either the front desk staff are not giving over my multiple messages to correct one section of the chart or Dr. Alsaadi is not completing the task. Which no line is changing a single word on the form. A word!
Nonetheless it is beyond frustrating and I’m unsure how to even correct the issue or if it’s even worth the trust in my health if these are the results.… – show

Dr Walsh is a fantastic doctor. I have been coming here for medical care for several years now and have always had a good experience. Parking is generally easy.

I have seen my primary doctor a few times. My visits have all been pleasant. From the short wait times I’ve had, to friendly staff at check in/out. And I would definitely Dr Vasquez as a primary care physician. I also like how I can do nearly everything I need from the VHC app. I can schedule and reschedule appointments, I see post visit summaries and documents, I can request refills of prescriptions, and pay any bills I have.

This is nothing more than a money making enterprise. They are all about making numerous referrals to doctors within their own group. I saw Dr. Vasquez two weeks ago and am still waiting for him to send my scripts to my pharmacy. I even had CIGNA call him in order to expedite. It is impossible to contact the office, the only number they post is for their scheduling secretary who is located in a separate building. The scheduling secretary is not capable or allowed to transfer calls to the doctors' office.… – show

I have been a patient of this medical group for quite sometime, the office staff, doctors, nurses, admin are all wonderful. The PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE. They are never available and they ask you to leave your information for a call back the same day. DOES NOT HAPPEN! This has been going for years and has become quite tiresome. I might have to change medical group....P.S. please don’t respond by saying to contact your office manager, Renee, been there done that and that and no change, besides you have to call the same number as scheduling to get in contact with her! How ridiculous is that!… – show

I was was having problems getting a medication refilled despite being seen by the practice within the past month. After 3 weeks of waiting, two requests from the pharmacy and 1 call from myself, I called again. This time I asked to talk to a clinic manager, but the management was in a meeting and there was no one to talk to.
The inability to talk with management is a big red flag for any medical practice. Not having recourse for an unnecessary delay in care is inexcusable and the reason I am rating this clinic as 1 star.… – show

It was my first day meeting my new primary care doctor this is also the first time I’ve been to the facility. What I can say about this location is I’m not very pleased with the servicing I received as a new patient meeting a new doctor I would’ve like to feel more comfortable and less attacked. I went into the primary care to discuss some options regarding weight loss and to me my doctor was very nonchalant you can say. I felt like My doctor was rushing like an in and out thing I also felt more of a answe my doctor was rushing like an in and out thing I also felt more Like a number rather than a patient. I feel like my doctor should’ve engage with me more took time out to physically know the reason I’m here instead of just referring me to another physician. The time I spent with in the office with my doctor was less than 12 minutes. Honestly felt like nothing was really discussed and instead of leaving work early I could’ve stayed at work and we could’ve had the conversation over the phone. Only thing the doctor asked me was basic question. Do you do drugs? Are you depressed? Have you seen a therapist? Then that was it she printed out a piece of paper told me to make an appointment with another doctor. I felt like she didn’t really care about the real reason I was visiting. As a new patient at expected a lot more. I am also not sure whether or not I will be returning to this facility for primary care. My OB/GYN is also at the same location. The amount of respect comfort I received from my OB/GYN I was expecting the same thing for my primary care doctor.… – show

My doctor is WONDERFUL; the administrative staff leaves ALOT to be desired. Most fundamental problem: poor patient service with regard to phone scheduling. If you call to schedule an appointment but all reps are busy, they inform you that if you leave a message, your call will be returned “by the end of the day.” Four messages at four different times and that NEVER happened.
