    Comparing Woodbine to others, its a good facility., however in general I wish there were more people who would care a bit and not leave my mother whom is in coma on her own without placing her hand correctly or cleaning her, etc. What happened to my mother could happened to anyone, for god sake be a little more human and CARE! some staff are really good but you have to ask them and advocate for your loved ones; otherwise who knows what would happen to them!     My short stay here at Woodbine has been wonderful staff has been wonderful to my needs. Rehab staff are awesome with the care and kindness they provide and explained before anything was done. Priscilla is a blessing and her service shows. All the staff that help me to leave better than when i arrived was great. My family has been pleased with my care while here. I and my family would recommend Woodbine to others.

    Rm133B all of my challenges and needs were expertly addressed in a totally professional manner. I was still experiencing a massive amount of pain when I got here and couldn’t sit on the side of the bed without a pain level of around 8. Within days this was under control and by the end of week one I wasn’t having pain but just mild discomfort. Initially I loss some weight but that leveled off and turned around week 2. I was recovering from spinal surgery and can say I’m doing things that weren’t – show

    Over all stay at WB was wonderful. The food could improve greatly. CNA’s Marieclaire, Antoinette, Bruce, LPN -D and Natasha Rehab- Danny, Elizabeth, Brandy, Andy front desk Tonya, Priscilla all were awesome. They all work so hard to make sure my needs were met.

    Post for 132A ms. Hodge For the most part all staff was kind, courteous snd helpful when needed. Avion, Housekeeper Sharon, Abdul and Kate, Lisa and Keon were a delight.

    I would like to commend Eric McDonald for going above the call of duty. Eric has brought his engineering expertise to help my friend who is a patient at Woodbine on a number of occasions--e.g., adjusting his bed, changing the battery in the clock, and most recently adjusting a wheelchair. He has done these tasks at my request quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude. I would also like to commend Faris Mahgoub, one of my friend's nurses.     I lost both my father & mother in this nursing home due to neglect. They were both there for physical rehab and ended up leaving in body bags, long story short I’d rather die than be admitted to a nursing home.

    My father was diabetic & had heart issues, because of this he was put on strict medications with dosages that changed on a sliding scale. My father was very mentally competent and took care of his own meds personally for twenty years, that is until the administration thought they knew be

    My mom was in this facility. The staff ignores call lights, aides say they will get help and no one returns. My mom was unable to walk and no one cleaned her or allowed her to clean herself for 3 days. Please do not leave your loved one in this place, with the current staff it’s not safe.

    My wife was in Woodbine for a month recently after a fall. First, the positive:
    The place looks pretty clean, bright, and professional. There are some excellent problem solvers there — particularly the Social Worker Abby Kamara and the Nurse Navigator, Tera Reeves. Some of the people who changed the patients were saints. My wife liked the food. The therapists were friendly and seemed competent, but average sessions were at most 20 minutes each. That was PT, OT, and Speech Therapy sessions 5 days

    The staff deserve 5 stars. But the facility including the cold meals get a 1. Management needs to spend a night here and stay in a room (pretending to be a patient) and experience how a typical patient sees things.

    My loved one is in this facility, and have been for some time now; however, I do not feel the same way about this facility as I did when he first arrived. Last month had to «make some noise» because the staff left my family member in a soiled attend for pretty much the whole night shift. UNACCEPTABLE! And this is not the first time either. I've been in to visit and you can time how long it takes for the call light to get answered. Just ridiculous! Woodbine has gone down big time! Th

    Woodbine staff and everything has been fantastic!! My mom spent time earlier this year in a different rehab facility, and I can say with authority Woodbine is heads and tails above the other place. There has been only one snafu when my mom shifted to her secondary insurance and PT was accidently stopped for a week. Otherwise, it has been great working with the nurses, aids, doctors, therapists, and other staff. Keep up the good work!
