Russ was very helpful with solving the toilet issues we had while talking on text. He knew the issues we had just by looking at the photos and listening to the toilet. Clearly, he’s an expert! I’d recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

WATER Management is a very reputable Company that we have been working with for over 25 years. The Customer service is very good and the Technicians are also great and courteous. Ever since we've been with the company, our water bills which hitherto were high have now been lowered. They do good job.

Water Management is an excellent company. They have completed water conservation projects on thousands of apartment units in our DC portfolio. We have never had any issues with their work or customer service. We look forward to a continuing relationship and conserving water.

Water Management provided the residential hi-rise I manage with and installed all the toilets for our 16 story apartment building several years ago. They did a great job and since then have been quick to help us whenever we needed a few extra parts and some follow up service. They have never let me down. I recommend them very highly!

VERY POOR/BAD/DIRTY/UNHYGIENICALLY WORKING STYLE AND PEOPLE

Very much disappointed.. The person who come to my place he knows that I have a small kid. He saw my kids toys in the Bathtub then also without informing me He through all poopi water in my bath tub. Its hygienically and ethically irresponsive and insensitive things…! I don't know about his this did. I put my baby in the bathtub as regular routine and was giving him bath and suddenly some poop came in his hands and also he drin k some dirty water too....!!! and Now he is very much sick. I feel terrible.. I don't want to give any star if negative marking will be here then will give full to this company. Highly disappointing things. and very much unhappy for this company.. … – show
