    Great customer experience here. I went to another store thinking they might have the phone but ultimately came back here to order because the young man was polite and nice as compared to Duke plaza store. They need customer re-training AT&T.

    Purchased new iPhone 14 with the help of Hilal Syed. He’s phenomenal. Taught me all new phone features. Assisted with my trade in. Didn’t make me wait long to see him once I entered the store. Give that man a raise and bonus AT&T! Provided a discount on the screen protector and case/cover also. Was in and out of the store within an hour!

    Wendy is so knowledgeable and helpful! I was having issues activating a new iPad I had purchased. I spent over 2 hours on the phone the day before with AT&T customer service, and no one could resolve my problem. So the next day I went in person to the AT&T store, and Wendy fixed everything very quickly. She should be put in charge of customer service. I can’t say enough great things about her! Thank you, Wendy!

    AJ and his team at this particular store provide efficient and professional service. There was v little waiting time both times I went in. They also provided accurate info over the phone. All around pleasant experience!

    Excellent service! I typically hate dealing with phone stores, but AJ changed this idea for me. He addressed all my mobile needs in an efficient and professional manner. If you're thinking about switching services or you need questions answered, I highly recommend visiting this store.

    We upgraded our plan and also purchased new phones. The AT&T system had a glitch in running our credit card and then also debit card resulting in multiple transactions hitting both of our accounts which triggered fraud alerts with our bank which caused them to freeze both our credit and debit cards. We also ended up having to pay fees to get new cards mailed. All of this has been a hassle which was not our fault and the process took almost 2 hours to try and resolve.     Do not but DirecTV from this store, they promised me $200 in promotions after having the service 3 months. It has now been 6 months and they refuse to respond to me. This was a att promotion and DirecTV refuses to acknowledge that the store lies to get SALES.
