However, we are incredibly disappointed and f rustrated with Wade’s team for what happened after the wedding. When we signed the contract and when I asked Wade verbally, it was stated that we would receive the wedding photos within a week of the wedding and the video within a month. We received the photos a few days after one week, so that wasn’t an issue. It took us over 3 months to receive the wedding video, and that was after informing Wade that we were looking to take legal action.
After the wedding, Wade basically stopped replying to emails, so I texted him to get updates on the wedding video. It would take multiple texts over a few weeks to get a single response from him. He never gave a solid expected day for when the video would be ready. There were times where he said we would receive an update the next day, and then he would go silent. I had to text him a week or two later just to hear a response. All I wanted was a day that the video would be ready by, and for the video to actually be finished by that day.
Because of the significant delay and horrible communication on their part, Wade agreed to give me a partial payment refund. It has been almost three months since the agreement for the partial refund and I have not received it.
TLDR: Pre-wedding planning is decent. During the wedding, they are incredible. Post-wedding, wedding pictures are great, but they do not communicate well about the wedding video. Overall, while they are great during the wedding and with photos, think twice about hiring Wade and his team if you want a wedding video and good communication. … – show

I have already booked them for a Big Birthday Bash this Spring!
