    Kim Dress Design was the only place that could make quick alterations within the day before my wedding. My dress looked great after. ️ ️

    Ms. Kim did the alterations for my sister's wedding dress as well as my bridesmaid dress, and her work is always so perfect. She makes sure you get exactly what you want for a really great price. She really cares about her customers and feels like a local auntie. Best tailor in the DMV area!

    The best!!! I’ve been going to Kim’s for over 20 years and nobody is better at dry cleaning or altercations in the DC area. By the way, she found a few hundred dollars in my pocket a few months ago and returned it to me when I picked things up. She’s that trustworthy, honest and nice. Service is the best!!! I recommend Kim’s!!!! Don’t wSte your time or money at other dry cleaners.

    Ms. Julie and her team are the best! I’ve used her for dry cleaning and alterations for the last four years since moving to the area. She is incredible and has saved several pieces of mine from the toughest stains. I could not more highly recommend her or her business!

    I love visiting Mrs. Kim. She does a great job on all of my shirts and suits. She's quick and very reasonable. She also does an incredible job at alteration. My wife and I have both brought her a lot of fairly complicated business and she executes well every time. I highly recommend.

    I relocated to the area 2 years ago and was nervous about finding someone to do my alterations! I’m petite so I need everything hemmed! Kim’s Dress Design and cleaners does an amazing job. She’s done so many alterations for me and they are always perfect and done on time! And Quick! My clothes always come back cleaned or pressed and I continue to receive great service. Friendly, clean and professional. We all have so many choices these days, but I recommend Kim’s!!

    Best dry cleaner in Alexandria! I only take my clothing to Kim's Dress Design because they are consistently excellent, professional, and personable. The quality of their service is unmatched by any other dry cleaner in the area!

    Exceptionally professional and personable! Spectacular quality matched by their spectacular service. I take my suits and shirts here weekly for cleaning and repair. I’ve come to love how wonderful my experience is there and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

    I love going here! Julie is always so good at taking in, adjusting, or hemming my dresses and outfits. She's very personable and treats me like family. Her prices are very reasonable and I've never had any problems with her work. I highly recommend going if you need something adjusted.

    The negative reviews of not being responsive or prompt are unjustified. Obviously if you need something tailored it will take some time to do the work. Everything is almost always completed in 3 days or less

    I highly recommend here for a variety of things — dry cleaning, laundry, alterations. They are professional with fair pricing and great service! I got all my fiancé's suits and tux fitted here and my wedding dress and most of my bridesmaid dresses — they turned out amazing.

    I brought a queen comforter, a queen quilt and queen sheets that a dog had badly soiled with blood (the dog is fine) thinking there would be a slim chance all the blood would come out. Everything came back looking fresh and new and even pressed. I would come here again in a heartbeat. I would come more frequently for all my dry cleaning needs if it were more convenient to where I live, but I will definitely come here for anything I am concerned about or want an especially good job on.     Julie is an excellent proprietor. She is very helpful. My clothes are always perfectly dry cleaned, ready on time to wear immediately. She also checks seams and hems and fixes them for FREE!! Who does that these days!

    The staff is excellent and they have amazing customer service! I recently started working in Old Town and I tried out Kim's Dress Design/Dry Cleaners because it was close to my office. I wasn't expecting much since the I thought all cleaning services were the same, but they are a game changer! They are able to ACTUALLY CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES! Getting all of the scents out of everything, WITHOUT RUINING THEM! Go here! No reason to waste your time elsewhere!

    People who work this place are so pleasant to deal with. Especially, Julie welcomes me each time like seeing an old friend. Always satisfied with their high quality services from dry cleaning and alteration. I love their chic interior and fitting rooms too. Absolutely recommended.
