Incredibly rude woman running the store. After sending an email to make an appointment as the website instructed but not receiving a response, I called ahead to make an appointment and the woman immediately shut me down. She told me they don't have the volume to take more clothes and if I wasn't dropping off designer clothes to not bother. I started to explain that I have at least one Coach bag I'm looking to sell and started to describe some of my other clothes but she cut me off and in

a patronizing tone said, "no, sorry - I don't think we're the right place for you." Such a loss, I'm moving to the neighborhood and would have loved to routinely consign and possibly buy from here, but I couldn't get past the condescending, rude, and judgmental woman on the phone. Grateful I didn't waste my time walking into the store if this is the treatment I would've received.

Months ago I went for a pedicure expecting my feet would feel smooth afterwards but they did not. He did a poor job. It felt like he was in a rush. I went back for a manicure hoping to get a different person and I did but she was also a disappointment. My nails were cut so short they're been aching for days. Some of the skin surrounding my nails were cut leaving it to grow back hard. The manicurist was coughing and sneezing into her mask. She cut my cuticles

to the point where some hurt when immersed in water. The polish was uneven. The battery powered sanding/smoothing device she used on my nails seemed harsh. My nails are typically strong so I'm hoping as they grow out that she didn't thin the surface so much that they break easily. Never going back to that place.

Hi. I need to reach the Washington consulate by phone. Could you please give me a phone number and extension I can call that they will pick up? Thank you.
I've never written a negative review of a therapist but I feel compelled to do so given the substandard, non-trauma-informed care offered by Mr. Connolly, coupled with his inability or unwillingness to take responsibility for his unprofessional behavior.
For context, I've enjoyed positive and productive relationships with the several therapists I have worked with over the previous decades. When seeking a therapist, I generally interview 2-3 individuals to assess if it is likely to be a good

fit (for both myself and the clinician). I am comfortable and experienced navigating those dynamics and have always appreciated engagement with therapists- even those that were not, for whatever reason, the 'right fit.' In contrast, during my consultation with Mr. Connolly, he demonstrated a lack of professionalism, reflecting substandard care far below the standards of a licensed professional counselor generally and especially dealing with trans clients.
As someone who holds himself out as a resource for people managing PTSD and related disorders, I find his failure to demonstrate baseline clinical competence concerning. I would strongly advise seeking care elsewhere.
Advantages
The people who participated were nice. Pretty even ratio.
Disadvantages
The host sucked...not welcoming ...the tone starts with the host and seemed mean and dryyyy.
Started late ....

Other than the host decent event...

Don't! hire them if you have an older, historical property Had half a retainer wall replaced by them and they did not do anything as promised.
They say they sill look for older bricks, follow the old wall design and match the mortar as nearly as possible. They used all NEW bricks, did not include the chimney design in the (made a straight wall probably to save on bricks, and filled in with bright beige mortar! when the existing 2nd half was old, with GREY mortar.

Dunbar Don’t.
Dunbar worked with my daughter. Dunbar directed to which schools she should apply.
Dunbar worked with her on the application. Dunbar reviewed what to emphasize and
how to present herself during the interview.
My daughter, ranked in the top 10 to 15% of her class, with 93% SSATs, native
speaking and writing skills for both Mandarin and English, piano, soccer and excellent to
superb recommendations (in parent teacher conferences, teachers routinely said they
wished everyone was
Show more
like my daughter and they had only great things to say).
Dunbar said my daughter was a “pleasure to work with,” and told her they “[felt]
confident you will have some exciting choices in March!”
Dunbar recommended 8 schools. On the March 10 th day schools offered places, my
daughter was rejected out of hand by 4. Waitlisted by 4. Accepted nowhere.
We think 20 people from her school and grade applied to boarding schools in the US and
Europe. With Dunbar’s assistance, my 93% SSAT, piano and soccer playing, dual
language, top 15% of class daughter gets zero acceptances by the April 10 th day students
are supposed to commit.
Classmates with equivalent records or worse, all graduating from the same very small
school in Hong Kong, are matriculating at all of Andover, Exeter, Choate, Groton, St.
Marks, Loomis Chaffee, Northfield Mt. Herman, Milton, Westminster, Taft, Millbrook
and Lawrenceville. That’s just schools in the northeast.
So out of 20 students with equivalent, maybe a few better and a fair number worse
SSATs and academic records, 12 will be attending prestigious schools in the northeast,
60%. Who knows what the ratio of acceptances would be when California, other parts of
the US, UK and Europe are included. Not Dunbar. Dunbar couldn’t get my daughter
accepted anywhere by the 10 April day to commit. Not. Accepted. Anywhere.
A contrast: Where Dunbar couldn’t get my daughter accepted anywhere by the 10 April
day to commit, my son’s educational consultant got my daughter beautifully happily
placed in one week – by 6 April or so, ahead of the 10 April day to commit.
Dunbar did get a place for my daughter April 11, the day after the April 10 deadline for
students to commit or lose their place. When Dunbar couldn’t succeed when every space
was open I had little to no confidence in what would happen when schools were full.
With the wonderful place for my daughter in hand that my son’s educational consultant –
not Dunbar - secured, we didn’t wait. We took that space April 10 and are overjoyed.
Thanks again to my son’s educational consultant. Not Dunbar.
Dunbar claims it was just a “competitive year.” This is a cop-out answer— every year is
a competitive year. They would never tell a student accepted to Phillips-Exeter that they
got in because it was an easy year.
What does it say about Dunbar when 60% will attend prestigious Northeastern US
boarding schools while someone ranked in the top 3 in all her classes, dual language,
great (again based on teacher feedback) references, sports and getting 93% on the SSAT
who used Dunbar gets no choices at all?
What’s the difference between success and failure? All those other students didn’t use
Dunbar. And got in, often with multiple acceptances where they had their choice of
which prestigious boarding school to attend. My daughter used Dunbar and got 4
rejections (50%) the Mar 10 day schools announced their decision, zero acceptances by
the Apr 10 day to commit and when it was too little too late, 1 acceptance April 11, the
not terribly helpful day after one had to commit.
Remove Dunbar and look again where just a partial list of the prestige Northeast US
boarding schools my daughter’s classmates’ will be attending this fall: Andover, Exeter,
Choate, Groton, St. Marks, Loomis Chaffee, Northfield Mt. Herman, Milton,
Westminster, Taft, Millbrook and Lawrenceville.
All her friends’ acceptances and zero for her? Humiliating. It broke her heart.
To her credit after a night sobbing, while her friends got school merch, congratulatory
emails and phone calls and chatted about their bright futures savoring which of the many
wonderful courses they’d select, my daughter listened cared, shared enthusiasm and
celebrated for her friends.
Nothing for her.
It broke my heart.
Parents of the class of 2027 – don’t let your child suffer like mine. Don’t pay for advice
that leads nowhere – perhaps to even worse results than you’d get on your own (and
certainly worse than all those 12 students matriculating at the schools listed above;
certainly worse than my son’s educational consultant who found an excellent place for
my daughter in one week and before the deadline). Don’t let your child work for advice
that provides zero places at the 10 April date to commit. Don’t let your child cry all night
long when all his or her friends get acceptances.
Your child deserves better. Mine sure did.

Nothing

These people are the most incompetent people on the face of the planet. After being told she could come in as a walk-in and driving 1/2 an hour in an Uber she was turned away because she didn’t show them off he negative covid test that she had taken earlier that day. Their website says “walk-ins allowed.” So my daughter had to take the Uber all the way back to school. I called and it took me over an hour to get through to someone. I spoke with a supervisor named

Suzy who literally told me that they don’t see sick people. I said, “do you only treat well people?” She said no, they don’t see sick people in the office, only via telehealth. I said your policies are completely contradictory. And she didn’t like someone pointing out her error so she decided to get snippy with me and I got snippy right back in her incompetent face. There are a thousand reasons why someone might have a sore throat. If you don’t want to treat sick people, don’t open an urgent care facility.

Dr. Colleen Lloyd is the best dentist I've been to yet. She's very professional, friendly, caring, gentle, patient, takes her time explaining her steps, and makes sure she asks the right questions of her patients.
She's very personable as is the entire staff. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Lloyd, and Dr. Jay I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed.
This is a family practice and they take family culture very serious so much so that they make you

feel like you're apart of the family.
I also appreciate that they are extremely accommodating. My 6-month appointment was made without my requesting, I was scheduled within 3-weeks to get a filling replaced because Dr. Lloyd was concerned that it cause me issues, and when I had a question that only Dr. Jay could answer, he made himself available to answer immediately and explained the process.
I wish I would've found Dr. Lloyd, my adopted mom as I told her, much sooner. I highly recommend her and the practice to everyone.
