She immediately turned off the luke warm water which was only about 1.5 inches deep and walked away. I waited until she walked back by and asked if she could put in more water and make it hotter and turn on the jets so I could soak. She said my nail tech would do it. Well, after about 10 minutes of my feet sitting in 1.5 inches of luke warm water (no jets on) the tech came over and sat down, turned on the water and filled up the tub so my feet were covered. The water was nice and hot. No jets for some reason though. But I didn't say anything. I greeted the young male nail tech when he sat down. I said, 'Hello, how are you today?" He didn't reply. After he removed my nail polish from my old pedicure I mentioned to him that I like to have my toenails VERY short. I admitted it him that it may not look great but it's how I like it. So, he trimmed my toenails and when I looked I said can you please make them a bit shorter? He said he couldn't and that they were as short as he could get them. Then he proceeded to hand me a fingernail file. I said I wouldn't mind cutting them down to be shorter if he could hand me a clipper. He handed me a toenail clipper and I cut ALOT more nail off of my toenails. I said I know it doesn't look pretty but I don't care about that. He got mad and pushed his chair back and told me he didn't want to do my toenails! I was puzzled! I couldn't believe it but he didn't want to finish my pedicure. I thought someone else would take over but that didn't happen and he told me he was done and told me to leave the nail salon!!! I'm 59 years of age and have gotten pedicures my entire adult life. I have always requested super short toenails and have never had any issue nor attitude. I was so shocked at being kicked out. There was no loud voices or yelling (I'm not that type of person) but I had to leave. I wish this hadn't happened. It was a very pretty nail salon. Clearly the owner is not doing a good job managing her business or enforcing what she says, because they are rude and try to steal from you and use extortion techniques to get tips. Hopefully this review will be a good lesson to the owner, if you don't fix problems in your business, eventually they will lead to your downfall. Will never go back here again! I’m a Microsoft Executive so I have to know ahead of time about any closure days so I can secure backup care and I’ve always had over a months’ notice. Laura has two little boys of her own and they are incredibly cute, but also well behaved and happy which is also a testament to her skills as a daycare provider and a mom. I’m picky and not one to give endorsements to just anyone, but I consider myself extremely blessed to have my son at this daycare and would highly recommend it to anyone! On the menu it says the dish will come with 3 pieces of chicken tenders. The order came with only 2. When we asked about it, they said they only serve two pieces now because the portion size of the chicken tenders are bigger and so now it's only two. What is the point of a menu here?
I was also not asked if I want a receipt. Maybe it was because we paid in cash and they don't record cash sales?
All to say, this is the first time I have ever felt ripped off at a restaurant. I cannot believe how they can put their name out in public as a family-owned business so proudly when they serve such poor quality food to their community. I would be so embarassed to represent my family's name and be serving the community with the cheapest ingredients at 500% the cost. Then to pass down to your children the same poor business. On April 16th, I arrived at Swedish Urgent Care in Washington upon opening, a facility I have frequented for years (since 2012, ..., 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022), after sustaining a rib injury the previous night. At reception, Maria insisted that I wear a mask, despite my explanation of my medical condition preventing me from wearing masks and my current difficulty in breathing due to my rib injury. My rib could have been fractured for all I know, I had difficulty breath. I emphasized my fall, stabbing chest pain, and breathing difficulties. I presented my face shield, which I had previously used without issue during visits to this facility (I visited urgent care at this same location many times, records are there to show, always with a face shield, no one ever harassed me).
Initially, Maria allowed me to enter the waiting room, where I anticipated a doctor's screening. However, she returned with another staff member, again demanding I wear a mask, despite my prior explanations regarding my injury and inability to wear a mask. Feeling frustrated and in pain, I raised my voice in desperation, questioning the basis of their policy.
Subsequently, Maria and her colleague brought Shawn, who aggressively insisted I leave the facility, exacerbating my anxiety and distress. Ignoring my impaired breathing and balance, Shawn followed me closely and tried to accompany me in the elevator, prompting me to request that he stop due to my growing discomfort.
Leaving Swedish Urgent Care without receiving the necessary medical attention. I could barely drive myself with the pain and harassement I received, I visited Evergreen Urgent Care, where the staff compassionately attended to me without pressuring me to wear a mask.
The actions of Maria and Shawn at Swedish Urgent Care disregarded my medical condition, harassed me about mask-wearing, and ultimately forced me to leave the facility without care. Given my history at this facility, their treatment raises concerns about the legality of their actions and my rights in this situation.
Providence / their staff care more about policy than actual health and compassion of their long term patients.
What's funny is that when I shared my story with Evergreen staff, they could not help but talk negatively about Providence/Swedish and how they can relate.

The offer mentioned by George Stanley was for $53,000 trade in on the 2023 BMW Z4 M40 we just bought for over $72,000 with under 500 miles on it. No further offer for resolution was ever extended by the dealership. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS RUDE, DEMEAMING, AND QUITE FRANKLY ILLEGAL IN THEIR PRACTICES.
Do not buy at this dealership, completely untruthful in their interactions and horrific in fixing the problems they misinformed on. Miguel will straight lie and bait and switch you. In my opinion because of inappropriate care and lack of repositioning the pressure wound continued to get worse and so did the Edema. The pressure wound got so bad the hospice care team recommended he be removed from the home and moved to a hospice care unit to get the appropriate care and treatment. The treatment for the pressure wound
is to scrape the wound clean of all dead tissue which can be very painful. To be done correctly it would have required for him to be moved to the hospital. Him being so frail it was decided to pack the wound and every two days replace the packing. Three days of appropriate care and repositioning and the Edema was gone. Talking to the hospice nurses and doctors pressure wounds need not occur if cared for appropriately. After several days to get him stable we moved him to a different adult family home. After seeing the
appropriate care given him at the new adult family home where he was repositioned every hour and treated with respect, kindness and dignity,
I can not recommend Crescent Adult Family Home. These were not the only issues, he was yelled at, put on a tea schedule and a poop schedule,
was denied visitations with his dog after initially being told it was acceptable, put on a sit and stand lift which was inappropriate. There
are no real activities other than sitting at the table playing with children's toys, thumbing through a magazine, or newspaper. The new facility offered morning exercises, bingo, movie night, music entertainment, on and on. Again I would not recommend Crescent Adult Family Home other homes are available with in my opinion much better care.

the boarders on what happens with their horses, and there have always been exploited and overworked staff because the place loves to stay understaffed. The owner takes ZERO accountability on what takes place at that ranch and would bring horses in long after dark. When asked why she brings horses in so late, she said on video: "It's my property, I can bring them in any time I want." I also witnessed a horse being hung by a strap from a backhoe for over 2 hours in an effort to get the horse to stand on its feet. The horse (who is 34 years old) had given up, the strap was around its teets, and she was practically dangling upside down for most of this struggle. It was so disturbing that two of us had to walk away. When asked MULTIPLE TIMES, the ranchowner REFUSED to call the boarder to tell her what was happening with the horse. The boarder still didn't know the next day. I would not recommend this as a safe place to entrust your horse, and I brought in 80% of the new clientele. Therefore, I feel it is my moral duty to whistleblow on what I saw when I peeled back the curtain.
