the boarders on what happens with their horses, and there have always been exploited and overworked staff because the place loves to stay understaffed. The owner takes ZERO accountability on what takes place at that ranch and would bring horses in long after dark. When asked why she brings horses in so late, she said on video: "It's my property, I can bring them in any time I want." I also witnessed a horse being hung by a strap from a backhoe for over 2 hours in an effort to get the horse to stand on its feet. The horse (who is 34 years old) had given up, the strap was around its teets, and she was practically dangling upside down for most of this struggle. It was so disturbing that two of us had to walk away. When asked MULTIPLE TIMES, the ranchowner REFUSED to call the boarder to tell her what was happening with the horse. The boarder still didn't know the next day. I would not recommend this as a safe place to entrust your horse, and I brought in 80% of the new clientele. Therefore, I feel it is my moral duty to whistleblow on what I saw when I peeled back the curtain.

This wonderful shop has been unfortunately "discovered". One can still find terrific bargains but nothing like before. Prices are higher and inventory picked over. and has no idea of how to run the business or how to treat people. Here is a small sample of what I experienced with this company. This person had us illegally picking up passengers from Seattle international airport for months. You must be licensed commercially to pick up passengers there and we were not.
I wasn’t aware we weren’t legally licensed to pick up passengers until one day she wanted me to pick up a passenger from SeaTac going to Vancouver BC. When I arrived at the airport office to pick up the required sticker that allows me to legally pick up passengers it wasn’t ready. The passenger just arrived from New York trying to get home and I’m stuck trying to get her paperwork completed. The passenger was furious he said he paid good money for a ride and because she is incompetent it wasn’t his problem. I informed her the passenger was very upset her response was for me to fix this. REALLY i then asked her what did she want me to do? Should I come back another time to get her required permit and just pick up the passenger? This is when I found out we had been picking up passengers illegally for months. The manager there said I can’t pick up a passenger without the license to do so. I was stuck she should have submitted this paperwork long before she did. Finally the faxing back and forth they finally finished the paperwork. The customer was extremely upset and frustrated he had to wait for her to do her job to be legal to pick up passengers.
The straw that broke the back for me was this. Firstly I want to say I have driven many more miles than the average person and I had 1 speeding ticket I think in the 70’s. I have driven coast to coast for many years without an accident of any kind.
I went to pick up the vehicle she wanted me to drive while she was standing there with me I did a walk around the vehicle before ever taking possession of her Surburban. I pointed out the bad condition of the vehicle it was dirty it had many small dents and scratches all over it. In addition it had a large dent in the plastic bumper which I pointed out to her and I took pictures of. She told me one of her other drivers did this and it was ok. I took the vehicle home and spent two days of my time taking out dents and scratches to make the vehicle as professional as possible inside and outside. I begged her to repair that front bumper as it didn’t look professional picking up passages with the big dent in the bumper. After constant asking her to fix this she relented and told me I could go to Maaco to get her an estimate. I got her the estimate they emailed it to her and she said absolutely not she’s not going to fix it.
Months later after I had been asking her repeatedly to please fix the bumper I received a text from her with a picture of the dented bumper accusing me of putting this dent in her Surburban. Needless to say I almost fell out of my chair you are kidding me right? Unfortunately she was not i really don’t know where her head is but something is wrong with this person. After a couple of days I received a text from her saying she looked at all the past pictures that were taken and that the dent was in the vehicle before i took possession. You would think one would apologize for accusing someone of something like this but not this lady. I spent hours of my own time waxing and polishing her vehicle free of charge because it represented myself not just Evergreen Towncar. Her cars go out regularly without being at least wiped out and in my opinion not presented as well as they should be. Every time I picked up a passenger my car was spotless inside and out but she could care less about this. I believe to this person the service is like a high price Uber just pick them up drop them off and give me that credit card.
There was an incident when a driver just didn’t show up for a pick up I think at 3 am to go to the airport. I suggested why don’t you have a call in a hour before your pick up time to avoid this from happening again and she had no interest in doing anything.
If your business plan is to pick people up at all hours of the day and you have no way of checking if the driver is going to be there or not it’s not the best plan.
It is my opinion what this service is lacking in fundamental ways that should be addressed.1 Always be on time never be late and don’t miss trips. 2 Arrive with a clean vehicle inside and out. 3 dress and look like a professional not like someone you picked up off the street. Be professional treat your customers with respect and try to give them the most pleasant experience possible while they are in your care. This was my experience with this service it’s not personal it’s my observation being there for months.

The instructors make clear exactly what the expectations and rules are throughout the class. Some students struggle due to their inability to stay focused and study which is not the fault of the instructor. Mr. Quidwai is not like other driving instructors who simply want to churn out as many drivers as possible. Mr. Quidwai is better because he truly wants to create safe and responsible drivers who can use their common sense to deal with dangers which can not be taught in the class.

I've known the new Pastor here for years. He was the pastor of Calvary Baptist church in Windsor CT for 12 years. I was a member for 9 of those years. There is a long story about his time in CT. Him and his previous wife were very strict. The Windsor church grew to about 300 people and a building project started because he claimed we needed more Sunday school rooms. the building. What most didn't know was the enormous addition to the building consisted of a 3 story fellowship hall, 3 class rooms and a large pastor's office and library. After this was built and we could see it, many of the congregation questioned why it was so elaborate with little functionality with only 3-4 usable rooms. During this time large donations were sent to the church. The Pastor took these donations so that his wife could get breast implants. These new implants and the way she bleached her hair and dressed made her look like a playboy model. Her clothes were so tight we could see the color of her underwear through her clothes. This was unacceptable to many people in the church and they started leaving. I personally questioned the Pastor why some of the very active members (including one Deacon) suddenly left. He told me many times that the families contacted him and they told him they didn't agree with certain doctrines and had to leave. This was always followed up with Pastor removing the member during a membership meeting and reminding everyone what 1 Cor 10:27 says about talking with a non-Believer who leaves the church. I spoke with a few of the members who left and they said they made it clear that they left because of the Pastor wife's inappropriate dress and not because of differences in beliefs. Along with publicly removing members he would also require members who came to him for counselling to publicly apologize for the sin that they revealed to him.
During this time I personally asked the pastor why his wife received Breast implants since they were extremely noticeable. He said it was reconstructive surgery from having too many children. He also said that everyone wants her to dress differently because they were jealous of how she looked.
While all this was happening the church of 300 slowly shrank down to around 60 because of the controversy involving the pastors wife. The church could no longer support a full time pastor so he took a part time job. This led to more deception. He took out a $10K loan and left it out of the financial statements presented in the membership meetings. He eventually said he "Didn't know where to put it on the balance sheet". The pastor said that having a part time job and being a pastor was taking a toll on himself and he had to leave the ministry to support his family. The church had a sending away offering for him giving him several $10k's. Unknown to the congregation he was planning to file for divorce a few weeks after he left the church. Very odd the pastor flipped his stance on divorce as soon as he wanted one.
When the pastor left the Windsor CT church, The church secretary also left (his current wife). They immediately started dating. Now it looks like they wanted to get away from it all and move cross country to an unsuspecting church.

My puppy came with Giardia, Coronavirus and Circovirus. The puppy has been non-responsive to Panacur (3 times trying that), Metronidazole, Cavaillon, Tylan and was allergic to Azithromycin. Andy wanted me to treat the puppy with medicine from Ukraine called Ciprofloxacin. After inquiring with my own vet, the US vet told me they would never administer that drug to a puppy and Ciprofloxacin can cause premature closure of the growth plates in bones. I did not believe he would pay and did not agree to sign his secret contract. Andy's French Bulldogs is NOT a reliable business. He and his wife were very nice in the beginning. They have it all figured out. They agree to pay for the vet bills for giardia (which they paid only 10 percent of what has actually been spent in my case)…all the while you are bonding with the dog. They then tell you you can give the puppy back if you are not satisfied. In my observation, this explains why there was one 5 month old puppy along with my puppy's 3 month old littermates. That 5 month old puppy was most like returned. This business is not reputable. I take the time to go public in hopes to steer a potential buyer away from this fractured business.

Fast forward, we’ve changed addresses and bank accounts and the clinic didn’t have this information. Which as humans we honestly forgot, and forgot about rhe $40/mo auto payments. Statements were being sent to the wrong address, no one attempted to call RE: account balance/for the remainder of the “puppy plan” $40/mo.
During this time, we stopped taking our dog here because they wanted upwards of $800 just to neuter him! Had it done elsewhere for $160 and they took FANTASTIC care of him. Services that Medical Lake considers “add-ons” were inclusive at our new vet.
I get a phone call the day before thanksgiving stating I’m being sent to collections and there’s nothing they can do to hold my account, even though I just called and made a $50 payment within the last 2 weeks. I called the week before thanksgiving inquiring if a payment arrangement would be ok, so I didn’t get sent to collections since I just gave them a new card # and had them run it for $50. Gal on the phone said she would message the person in charge of billing. Didn’t get a call back (an answer to my inquiry) until the day before Thanksgiving, which was the day they were threatening collections. Jeanette wanted to make sure to check with the State to ensure it’s okay to proceed with 3rd party collections, despite a client recently paying... Well done. Payment arrangement was never offered to me, she wanted all the money right then. Their goal was collections, not a peaceful resolution in office. I work in billing myself and this is not ethical. I think my final straw was her snarky comments such as “people who pay once in a while”, and to “ask a family member to help”… I have never dealt with such abrasive, money hungry “professionals” with such a disregard for people needing and wanting to make arrangements, who truly mean well. This practice will do anything to deny allegations to protect their business, but I am so appalled at the way this has played out! Attached is a screenshot of her original response to my review, which includes a very distorted version of the truth! I’m sorry for anyone else who has received a response to their review in which they’re trying to deflect their wrongdoing. At this point I don’t owe for unpaid services, it’s regarding a puppy plan… to try and make me appear negligent or that I blew off appointments, is just sickening. This place does not “bend over backwards”. I said it was absurd to expect money, after waiting until the last second to get back to me, AFTER I JUST MADE PAYMENT and that yes I can report it to the business bureau and/or question ethics. That’s not a threat. Do better.

But she told us she wasn't doing our wedding now given the COVID diagnosis because she had plans for a future wedding. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that that other wedding booked first, but that's me fighting for her and giving her every possibility.
She didn't even have the heart to recommend an alternative or trusted friend, or even to suggest a place we might look on short notice to try to find an alternative. We had to scramble to make sure my wife even had a stylist for our wedding to the point friends were offering to do their best effort as amateurs!
I don't work in a customer facing role, and in her shoes even I would have sincerely apologized things went the way they went and suggested a few places to look on short notice to try to make sure the couple had their best shot at finding an alternative. She knew what declining on short notice meant for us.
Her behavior was deeply unprofessional, impersonal, and unconcerned with our outcomes, and I cannot recommend her.
When contingencies come up, can you count on her to take ownership and have your back?

I had assumed she had listened to my message and had all the details, (nope) so she tells me to come in the next day, she starts asking me questions that I had covered in my voice message, only for her to be rude the whole time.
The biggest shock proving her unprofessional management skills, were nothing more than a crime against her remaining renters that are there now.
"HELL INA" basically said….
“WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING ANY NEW RV’S….IN FACT ALL THE RV’S THAT ARE HERE NOW, WILL HAVE TO BE OUT IN THE NEXT 5 TO 6 MONTHS, AND THE OWNERS ONLY WANT MOBILE HOMES HERE, NO RVS”.
Proving how ignorant she is to think, I wouldn’t tell anyone…lol
I have a friend who lives there, and I bet they are planning on taking everyone’s rent until SPRING, then again CHANGE THE RULES TO FIT THEIR GREED.

Albert is the BEST plumber that I have used for any plumbing work ever.
We had clogged sewer drain line. It was not simple. Everything was clogged in the house. Everything was clogged to the sewer. Albert not only is a great guy, he is very logical and has an engineering mind. He did not give me an estimate that was pulled out of his rear end. He is honest and logical and explained the whole process step by step and was very honest about time and money. The man is a one of a kind GEM!

complex prior to Neiders. In March I paid my monthly rent as usual, and returned home to a notice to switch units or vacate within 30 days. I had never been told my lease was up for renewal, and was never notified I was on a month-month. I agreed to switch units in order to secure housing for my son after his surgery. He was born paralyzed and fully reliant on me for all care needs. We paid the heightened deposit, and two weeks prorate on the new unit. Having spent $2895 total I had no money left from my check and notified the manager ( jamie ) that my rent would be late since my next pay day would be the 20th of the next month. A civil suit was opened and I stayed the eviction to make sure my son had a place to return from the hospital, the stay was only granted if we input the total owed amount into the court registry. The day of the hearing your manager was advised to continue the lease and take the money which would bring my current balance to zero. she refused. The case was won only because my response was a day late, because I had been in seattle for my sons hip osteotomy and he had been admitted for five days hopped up on morphine from getting two tibia broken and shoved into his hip bones using metal platelets and was not allowed to leave a minor.
Four years later, our home caught fire, and while insurance will pay an entire 12 months rent upfront, our income is well qualified, we are denied due to the civil suit your company pressed.
My children, my disabled son, face homelessness due to the choices one company made in spite of one month rent.
I was 24 years old, uneducated and unsure how to handle the situation, having been advised since , I know my options would’ve been far better and the case would not have been won in the companies favor.
I hope in the future, your managers are better trained. Your company considers situations and who they affect before putting others in this type of situation.

the secretaries need to go. I'm actually debating switching to a different physical therapist/massage therapist the more time I spend thinking about it. Why do you close the phones down at noon, why can't they take lunches at separate times??? This is baffling to me. Yup if you like waiting, business phones that aren't answered, hearing a snarky attitude when you're trying to schedule, or having two older women carry on a mindless conversation in front of you for 10-15 mins while you wait to be helped then this is the place for you! I've been dealing with this for over three months now. I'm done 👍

I just boarded my dogs overnight with Patricia and her sweet son, Steven. They were so nice and my girls were not kept in a cold and impersonal metal run, like so many places use. I knew my dogs would go into "shock" if ever subjected to that type of boarding atmosphere. I met her own dogs and client dogs and they were all friendly and non-stressed, even with two new pack members. Thanks, Patricia and Steven!

we only hired them…I asked them to point out who they were concerned about and I would have our wedding coordinator talk to them discreetly. But they said “no” they would not do that and that we were in violation of our contract and they said that they had the right to leave the wedding at that point, but wouldn’t because they were “nice people”. I reassured them that we didn’t ask anyone or pay anyone else to take pictures for us. My wedding coordinator tried to talk to them but they wouldn’t even respond to her or look her which I thought was extremely disrespectful! I started crying after this and had to go into the prep kitchen to try and compose myself. The venue host saw what is happening and was appalled at their behavior…So we limp by for another hour and she comes to me *again* saying people are in their way and still violating the contract. I didn’t see anyone in the way or taking pictures, other than the usual photos that guests take at a wedding of their families/friends etc…I let the photographer know that we were happy to help fix whatever the problem was but needed to know what they wanted and to point out who was in the way, but they wouldn’t and said it was “too late”. The husband was the videographer and while filming my daughter and son-in-laws first dance he said to my husband “look my hands are shaking I’m so angry” and says again that we have been out of contract the “entire day”. What kind of person interrupts a first dance to say this to the father of the bride?! I can’t wrap my mind around what happened at our daughters wedding and how much they interrupted the enjoyment of the day! We can’t get that day back and repeat it🥹🥹 we felt like we were intruders at our own event, and that they expected the wedding to be staged and everyone knowing exactly where to stand and what to do! The wedding was calm, no drama, no alcohol, and was a typical low key large family and close friends wedding. We have been working with the photographers for the past month-and-a half hoping that they would fulfill their end of the contract. They made lots of accusations in their texts back and forth with my daughter (which I’m happy to provide if anyone asks)…one being that we had a family member there who is a professional photographer (which we didn’t!!), accusations of being unworkable (which we weren’t!). To top everything off they asked for additional money to edit the pictures (my daughter said “no”)! We received the photo gallery yesterday and sadly on top of all the trouble and disruption they caused, the picture quality and editing is quite poor, and it’s very apparent that they are inexperienced wedding photographers, and inadequate equipment. There are a few pictures that we will be able to use, but overall we expected A LOT better quality for spending $3411. We are NOT happy with our experience or pictures!!!!
